RACE DAY
Bathurst, cute little Aussie sheep, freshly sheared and all lined up for the boys....what could be better. I bought a new pair of rubber boots for this one. Sorry Steve, I'll throw one for you.
Three races of 8 laps each.
Race 1- 7:00 am, clear changing to clouds
Race 2- 11:00 am clouds changing to light rain about half way.
Race 3-13:00 pm sunny and warm all the way.
Fuel.....
A-40 liters
B-35 liters
This will get you way more than half way, but not enough to finish the race. It's up to you to figure out your pit stop for finishing fuel. Race 2 with the rain coming, I suggest a pit stop before half way to get wets to finish the race.
I thought about running with damage on, but.....ah.....no......the track is too dangerous fo dat.
Please please please be cautious at the starts tonight, we are on a roll of fantastic starts, let's keep it up.

Just double checking - 8 Laps is about 16 minutes in the dry and will use less than 40 litres. Did you by any chance mean 14 or 15 or 16 laps?

I disconnected during qualifying, same time as mike but got back in along with him with 10 minutes to go or something. I saw potvin disconnect at like 3 minutes to go, so he wouldn’t be able to get back for the race. I thought mike was restarting the room after qualifying though and my mic didn’t seem to be working yet.
But I disconnected from race 1, didn’t quit ya savages. Race 2 was the funniest sh I’ve heard in a long time, couldn’t stop hitting walls laughing so hard, but I disconnected again before 3 and gave up.
Well, the laughter was my excuse for hitting the walls, and I’m sticking with it.

Results To any new guys that raced, the amount of active drivers means that some weeks we are close to full, you need to post in this thread first to ask to join. This is stated in Report #1, that should have been read first.
@Schmiggz, as you are well known to us and did post, you know you are welcome. For next time, you are in Group A though.
Way to go Sgeti, we always like seeing Camel getting beat
And Hanable, two weeks in a row for Mr. Baawesome, keep this up and you know where you're going!

Got to hand it to these folks though, they've created a paradise on the backs of migrant workers.
Too bad the paradise has a slight sewage issue. Allah Achbar.
Anyway, both Groups are in this most fun car the game has to offer. Ford Escort 1600 RS (racing).

One twist will be no track limit penalties.......only to be used to catch up to the BACK of the pack. You mess up or get punted off the track while racing, you can cut corners to return to the Back. While no penalties will be on, we will expect racing as normal, using the off track short cuts are only for catching up.
Dubai is the best track to use this anomaly because there's very little grass.
