Sorry to miss out last night guys. Especially without full lobbies lately, I know you all want to keep the numbers up. Around noon I had aspirations of knocking out the job in time to still race. Around 5 I was still wrestling the water heater into place, above the new piece of subfloor I had to replace because the old tank had been leaking so long. I got home around 10:30, starving, and exhausted. Been about six years since I've done any pipe soldering, and like racing, you get rusty and slow. But, job's done, Mom's happy, and that "should" take care of my brother's affairs. I'm so counting on racing next week! Don't give up hope on me.

I agree, the cosworth is dead to me. The Zacspeed was a handful, but at least semi controllable, till the tires crapped out.
How can anyone hate the Escort? One of my top five favourite cars.
Gawd, I love racing with Mr. Baaawesome, Bear......that Escort race was too much fun. It’s worth a watch.

One of the best racing nights in a while mike... we were well matched... absolute blast!...

Great fun last night with the exception of the cosworth. I have some great video of the side by side in the 1st race and the crashes. Last race at the end was the best. Poor little Aearo all alone being hunted and ultimately killed by the little escorts. Kind've like the story of the 3 little pigs.

Watching coverage after you retired was great. Mostly laughed at Sgeti! At 1:09:30 when he tries to enter the pits. Then Hanable taking us out at 1:12:45 and we blame it on Sgeti. Then Sgeti actually coming up on us at 1:19 with a take out for real this time, and then him and CB at the 1:22:15 mark is a good laugh for awhile. And finally the last race, it all starts around 3:18, especially entertaining right at the end!

Wish there was a way for me to be able to broadcast the race and race at the same time. What I will try next time is to save the replay. I think you can cycle through the camera options on the track in the replay. I can then pick out the best spots and get footage. I will see if it is possible to download and edit. Or I will just broadcast it as is. Not sure where the time will come from. It won't have the commentary though.

Oh man, we're going to be going ballistic! I'm anxious to get back i into the seat, and these ought to be fun. I'm a little nervous about the previous posts though... Mondays aren't turning into their own version of Wreckfest, are they?

Hold on there @aerolite buddy, who accused whom of taking you and @GTLehman earlier?? Only to find out @Hanable was laughing his azz off in silence. Then you accuse me again and...... well...... that time i may have made you nervous passing soooo close, you lost it. .

All in good fun. @2pfspiff surprise to the fun just anted up the game. We all knew right at that moment how the night was to end. Didn't expect a game winning field goal with not time remaining on the clock.

Like Aero said, it only gets like that if you have no chance to advance and decide you want to have a little fun as along as everyone involve also wants to have some fun. We don't impede on the ones who are racing and it really only happens towards the last couple of laps. And it really doesn't happen that often.

Our league has changed over time and has a great balance now.
I really liked that last week we spontaneously called a yellow for group B - that got us back together and racing instead of doing laps solo. We're now a serious and clean league, but fun is the priority.

Hmm found out a little tech info... I have recently been experiencing occasional lag on certain other drivers.
I had thought it was on their end. But after consulting bear tech line I have discovered that I had a faulty 5g wireless device. Now even tho my PS4 is wired in.. the 5g was still able to cause intermittent lag by reducing my broadband. After doing a speed test I found my download speed was good but upload sometimes drops below 1mb per second. .. further testing showed I still had a device connected even tho there was none. And it was reducing my broadband big time.
Anyhow I had recently upgraded and my new router has built in wireless so I kicked the 5g to the curb.
Download speed is now 20mb... yay!.
