We had so much fun driving the Olsbergs car in Shaun's knockout race last week, we decided to race it for real Monday.

As long as I can turn off the front wheels, I'm ok. .. but I will say they are ugly and probably sound like ****.

Under quarantine we’ve been watching one episode of Tiger King a night as a family treat. Watched the final episode last night. We loved it as much as Stranger Things (my son’s absolute favorite show). Just friggin’ bizarre what some ‘Muricans are up to. We also rented JoJo Rabbit last week on Amazon Prime. Great film!
Tomorrow I have to break quarantine for essential supplies, and told my wife I’m going to try to get home early enough for racing. She’s fine with that, so it’s on me if I’m not done in time.

Sorry 'bout that last race... I saw the opening and went for it. You had moved to the right (for the corner and I had a run) and I thought you saw me there - I thought you were giving me room.
My mistake. I got clattered in the first two races but didn't mean to bump you in the 4th.

Congrats as well @Rednose58 . Sorry for pushing you wide in the Snetterton race. I was sure I'd out-braked you on the inside of the corner, and just figured I'd use the apex exit out. My Crew Chief wasn't working, I felt nothing, and didn't realize what I'd done until I saw you in the grass. Not my style of racing at all. Many apologies. Even when I return the position, I feel bad about the time I cost you on the other racers. Fortunately it doesn't seem to have cost you on the overall for the night. Thanks for being a good sport and not reading me the riot act for driving you off into the lawn. And I have to give it up to @coltsjugg . Every time I get into a battle with him on track, as far back as I can remember, he and I have a blast racing side by side. He usually gets the better of me at the end, but his patience and line choices always results in great,competitive, realistic racing. Credit where credit is do my friend. 
And Steve, I threw the last race just to keep morale up.

Trust me, I have to pick my battles, especially lately. She's noticed my spending spree, and she wants some stuff done around the house. I'm going to be a busy bee for the next couple months. (There's an Amazon box with Thrustmaster's new load cell brake pedal set sitting in the garage, but we also have a new greenhouse to build in the backyard for a summer's worth of fresh vegetables). So, yeah. Laugh and poke fun, but it's a give and take. And I guess it's my turn to take it for a while

Watched all of the last race just now, and I even went noooooo...... when Mike lost it towards the end of lap 9, he'd done a great job up until then, but that dastardly Sgeti was relentlessly applying the pressure as usual

thanks for almost filling the room last night guys. You know, for three years since the Lounge opened, I don’t think there has been any real drama that some other leagues thrive on. We’ve made the fun factor the most important part of the lounge. In these scary times being stuck at home, it’s awesome to have a hobby to escape with where you don’t have to leave the house, but can still get some type of social interaction with like minded people.

@Gr8_Lakes we didn't make contact. I saw you coming and wanted to give you some room. I went off a bit and then a lot. If it was F1, you were way to generous to yield. If it was Snail it was marginal at best.

I slammed my brakes on right before the line just for fun, thought I would still be ahead by a fraction. Oh well. Was a blast anyways. Wish I could race all night, but that’s the life of an “essential employee.”
