Hmm, reverse means penalties will be off.:mischievous:
Penalties, ratings ect. Mischievous actions, I don't think so, this will be a regular serious night of racing. So that means no taking me out, do you hear!
I can just picture us all getting turned around at the start though :banghead:
Speaking of the starts, we will all do an orderly turn around, (see last sentence), get lined up and do a rolling start and go on my Green Green Green.
I'm looking forward to this, all four tracks are a blast in reverse!
Both mine (55) and Mikes (31) numbers are on this car, so that forces him to use a yellow one. So Sgeti, stick to your usual magnetic attraction to yellow :D

Mercifully, no penalties for track boundries. Have any of you knuckle heads tried Sonoma in reverse yet???:banghead::banghead:🤬🤬

That is way to much thinking trying to remember who is who, I'll just blame Mike..................

.... and 14 is my number thanks.

What will happen (other than a major pile-up...) if you make a normal start, but make a sharp left (or right) and go wrong way through the pits?

Not sure if the game will allow that even with penalties turned off.

Tried that and got disqualified.

Shouldn't you be saying neerg neerg neerg? So last is really first? Or what? I dunno!. Or is that 3rd?

:gtpflag: Results :gtpflag:

No results this week, was just a fun night.
That was a blast last night running those four tracks backwards. I’d like to do that again on four more.
For the h*** of it, I kept track of the top three from each race, my co-cheese had a pretty good night with three wins and a third, so Mike is “unofficially” Mr. Awesome this week.

MR. AWWWWESOME ........that’s me. Even if it’s unofficial....I amAWWWWESOME.
I would post the race but it would be boring to watch with me dominating the room like I did. The hardest part is staying humble after such a spectacular performance by me.......Mr. Awwwwesome. I was able to stop at Banochbrea after turn one waiting for all you peons to catch up and get a date with one of the beauties watching me be so Awwwwesome........don’t tell Dolly.
Being AWWWESOME sure didn’t take away from the fun factor of racing on virtually new and different tracks. Next time,(in the very near future), we’ll try that format again. Maybe use the GT5 Ginetta ( the car Red practiced in, lol).

Great night of racing. Those tracks in reverse give you a better perspective of track evaluation as well as those pesky rumble strips. Some tracks gave a better flow, some gave you corners you had no idea where the turn in point could be. Look forward to trying some other tracks sdrawkcab. The one suprising, unforeseen, shocking, astonishing, remarkable, out of the blue from left field event of the night was the driving of one @Mike Lobban . See how well he drives when you threaten to take away his peanut butter.:lol:

:gtpflag: Cars and Tracks for May 11th, 2020 :gtpflag:

Next weeks combo is brought to you compliments of @Rednose58, thanks Red. You can choose where you want to drive each car, but each has to be driven twice. I would definitely recommend you practice some before Monday night, especially the Ferrari.

Just brake a bit earlier than what you used to at Long Beach.

upload_2020-5-7_15-21-0.png

Turn 1: around 550 (need some trail braking if you want to brake later)
Turn 6: at the 400 (or a hairline past it)
Turn 8: at the 300
Turn 9: around 450 (need some trail braking if you want to brake later)

If you run without TC and Stability the have a little patience coming out of the corners

..... and here is a reference lap for the Ferrari at Long Beach. Not lightning fast, but good enough to see it can be driven fairly smoothly.

I started with the stable setup and did very little to it. I think I adjusted the brake bias a bit and that was about all.

Wont be around for the next couple weeks but I will be back and better than ever (maybe)...

Gonna run in a series that take place on mondays on the supreme game that is gt sport....its been said and I'm not taking it back...

:gtpflag: Results :gtpflag:

Fun night guys, smallish room again, but still someone to race with a good chunk of the time.
Thanks again for picking a combo for us "Mr. Awesome", those cars grew on me as the night progressed, they were a challenge to drive.
And Lehman............nothing............:D

Congrats to @Rednose58, this weeks "Mr. Awesome" for the overall win

I don't really know quite how to respond to this. Leaving us on a Monday night, where we have taken you in, nurtured you, turned you into a better racer, made you a tougher man, all to leave us for Spurt, at a time when we need the support more than ever! Mike and I are going to have to discuss this traitor-ship further :(
