GOLD: Choose any race combo from the previous week: Race 1, Race 2, or Race 3. Then you have the freedom to change/keep the car and/or change/keep the track.

SILVER: Choose one of the two remaining combos with the same freedom as Prize A.

BRONZE: Keep/change any part of the remaining combo.

Remember you can keep any part of the combo it you choose to.

Whiterice, you won GOLD.
STIGS won SILVER.
Coach won BRONZE.

I seen banners with simple text on one side and random pictures on the other. I just thought it would look kinda cool for new racers. I'm trainable and willing to give a hand with it.;)
YOU GOT IT. Work with BUSTED on this. He does a lot here behind the scenes, so work with him. Busted, if I spoke out of line and this is NOT OK, just say so. No hard feelings. I just though you would appreciate the help. I sometimes react, rather than think first, then respond.

GOLD Prize choice: R2 -- 450PP @ Deep Forest Reverse (<= 1299kg) I interpret that as 1100kg is ILLEGAL. Yes?
SILVER prize choice: R1 -- (unknown combo at this time)
BRONZE prize choice: R3 -- GT300 (must be a BASE MODEL) @ Silverstone

I almost feel like thats not heavy enough just to keep some of those small sports cars our maybe 1300kg plus is ok or 1299kg - restricted making people be more creative with weight additions if they want to use those cars??? Do you feel that's too heavy??

I displayed the Drivers List to write this subjective editorial; maybe even prejudiced.

I want to say how grateful I am to have this group of drivers. We are not big, but we are the best with regards to racecraft and respect. The racecraft here is impeccable and, bar none, the best on gtplanet, IN MY OPINION. JUST MY OPINION. Every time I watch replays I am in awe at the racecraft displayed by every driver, and the respect. I also see drivers showing great patience early in the race. It is truly an honor to be a part of this class of drivers. You guys are truly awesome. I have driven home my passion for following the rules (OLR) and Good Racecraft. You guys display it every Sunday. Thank you.

Sometimes (very rare) there is contact and/or spin-outs, but drivers give back the position and there is never any negativity towards others. For that, thank you again. This week, I had a penalty for contact with STIGS, and he had two penalties for contact. They were borderline calls, but -1 each, just the same. Our first penalties since the inception of S.T.a.R.

If you want to help in some way, the administration is open to suggestions and volunteers. Great idea USER. I hope you and BustedFoSho work something out.

And finally, talk to your friends and tell them about S.T.a.R. and the integrity with which we all display; the respect shown to other drivers; the honor we show for the sport.

With a sincere heart thank you all,

Coach

I think you symbol (<) is backwards. This would imply the car must weigh 1299 or less. What I actually meant that ( >1299kg) is allowed. Lol you also may want to correct the red text to avoid any further confusion than I have already cause:confused:

1299kg or less restricted, sorry to be difficult
<= 1299 (less than or equal to 1299) which is the same as 1299kg or less. BUT you want > 1299? I.e. greater than 1299; or 1300kg minimum weight. Sooo, R2 is 450pp 1300kg or above @ Deep Forest Reverse. :D

I didn't know there was going to be any math on the test :dunce: Nice regs @Whiterice83 👍 & I don't think you caused any confusion at all ;)

@USERID_77a23 I've only dabbled with the banner sites so pretty much don't have the skills yet to create an adequate drivers list but have been thinking what a cool way to display the drivers list so we're at least on the same page. Should you have said skills would you create a rough draft of your proposed idea and let me take a look? Then we can possibly merge our ideas into the final product.

Thanks Coach just one request & I know it seems redundant but can you add this back on :

Keep 2 tires on the rumble strip AT ALL TIMES or its -1 pt. when that 3rd tire comes off. Always race CLEAN and with PATIENCE especially when passing.Good racecraft is the basis of this league so RESPECT it

The BANNER SITE I used for S.T.a.R. and the SLCS Schedule.

Was in a rush to get it up. I will when we get Laps & Q time.

Hi, I'm new to gtplanet. I would love to race online but I don't know where to begin. The couple of rooms that I've joined just seem to be just people running into each other and screwing around in general. This sounds like what I've been looking for. Let me know if you'll have me, thanks for your time!

Welcome to s.t.a.r. coach will post sign up info to you soon

What's up with all these 450pp rooms running RS tires haha. Asked one host and he commented, "well when you race in real life you use racing tires..." I don't think he knew much about racing street cars.

VonMises,

Welcome to S.T.a.R. Racing League! Our goal is to make your online racing experience the very best it can possibly be through the observance of High Quality Racecraft. Please take a moment to read the OLR (online racing rules) and familiarize yourself with its major points. Negligent or reckless drivers are not tolerated here at S.T.a.R. and all members are required to exhibit Good Racecraft at all times.

Races are on Sunday @ 16:00 EST featuring Spec & Tuned races as well as Race Cars and lasts approximately 2 hrs. Your'e not required to attend all or any of the races. Simply show up and race when you want but please do have your cars ready as we cannot deviate from our schedule if your not prepared. Administration generally has the car/track combos for each week posted by Tuesday so as to leave racers with enough time to fully acquaint themselves with all three combos. A fixed practice schedule has not been created as yet but we welcome & encourage posts on the thread if your looking for someone to practice with.

If you haven't already done so, please submit your Car/Rim color scheme and # and your TT results asap, otherwise you cannot race in scheduled S.T.a.R. Events until you do. We know your time is valuable and you have many different leagues to pick from and we thank you for choosing S.T.a.R. Racing League.

Fraternally Yours;

S.T.a.R. Racing League Administration, Coach

I'm on it , I've got a couple of "nerdy" friends, lol. Someone's got to be able to show
me. Hopefully I'll get you a sample for you to look at

TT instructions
In GT6 go to Single Player from your home screen and select Time Trial. Click World Circuits and go to Fuji F (page 3). Select "Use a Courtesy Car" & go to page 2 then select the Ford Shelby GT500. After selecting the car, Color, & Transmission, click the Driving Options icon. Leave Sport Hard tires on, Grip Settings REAL, & turn OFF driving aids (you may use ABS if desired). Now you're ready to run!!!

Submit your COMPLETE time (EX - 1:57.482) to Luv2Coach via private message.
Dumb question, but how do i pm you coach? Is that through "start a conversation" in my home box?
