Taken from OP. Not being sarcastic at all, but I need to know if this is clear or not. I want to be sure the OP is clear in its description.

REGULATIONS
Race 1-SPEC: Any street legal car. TUNING PROHIBITED

Race 2-TUNE: Any street legal car. TUNING is allowed, but with restrictions. A car may only be tuned UP; it cannot be "detuned". Example: The PP choice for the week is 480PP. In this scenario an NSX Type R '02 may be tuned UP to 480PP. An HSC '03, however, cannot be used because it is 497PP in its stock form.

Race 3-Race Car: Any Race Car or Race Modified Car. TUNING PROHIBITED

TIRES: Tire settings are based on the PP with oil change.
STREET LEGAL CARS (SNAIL is much stickier)
464 & below -- CS
465-484 -- SH
485-514 -- SM
515 & up -- SS

RACE CARS/RM CARS 501PP + (SNAIL)
Racing Hard
500PP & BELOW
Sport Soft

Our goal is to make your online racing experience the very best it can possibly be through the observance of High Quality Racecraft. Please take a moment to read the OLR (online racing rules) and familiarize yourself with its major points. Negligent or reckless drivers are not tolerated here at S.T.a.R. and all members are required to exhibit Good Racecraft at all times.

Races are on Sunday @ 16:00 EST/21:00 GMT featuring Spec & Tuned races as well as Race Cars and lasts approximately 2 hrs. Your'e not required to attend all or any of the races. Simply show up and race when you want but please do have your cars ready as we cannot deviate from our schedule if you're not prepared. Administration generally has the car/track combos for each week posted by Tuesday so as to leave racers with enough time to fully acquaint themselves with all three combos. A fixed practice schedule has not been created as yet but we welcome & encourage posts on the thread if your looking for someone to practice with.

If you haven't already done so, please post your PSN ID, Car/Rim color scheme & race car number on this thread; and submit your TT results as soon as you can, otherwise you cannot race in scheduled S.T.a.R. Events until we have this information. We know your time is valuable and you have many different leagues to pick from and we thank you for choosing S.T.a.R. Racing League.

I hope sunday rolls without a hiccup,. I can't get through one day with out a glitch reset at some point. Sometimes more than once in the day... Just wondering if we have some type of ruling incase, lets say the room freezes on lap 6 of 8. Want to make sure everyone is on the same page if this psn glitch rears it's ugly face. I would assume if it's just a single racer kick, they would unfortunately go to last cause we can't tell the difference between a drop out and this glitch. But if the room goes , is it a restart or what...

I got my fingers crossed none of this will come into play. But I been seeing and hearing about a lot of freeze/kick issues

If 1st race of combo and less than half complete, 1 lap Q + restart. If more than half complete, then Grid Start Based On Previous Results.

If 2nd race, and less than half complete, restart Grid Start Based On Previous Results. If more than half complete, then Reverse Grid.

Obviously proceed how you wish but I was thinking open it up with a shuffle title. Chat up any one who joins and say watch if you want but direct them to the sign up. If lightning is cool with it and so is coach it should be under star sign up to get info. Both sides would benifit and probably little less work for ya.

I'm good with it. I mentioned that (under STaR) when it first came up. I have all the cars. Time is the issue for me right now. If I'm on and ya'll are running it I'll join.
Hope no drama with the other shuffle guy. Lol.

Surely someone will. I would if I were going to be here at home. Getting ready to leave and hope to be back in time to race at all. USER will be hosting Got in very little practice this week with other drivers. Mostly just hot laps on line as people came in and left. LOL.

I am working today so its going to be close if I make it on time. I would offer to host but I may be late and even when I am there, my girlfriend doesn't respect my game time and constantly interrupts me or makes me do chores between races. I would not be very effective hosting with these issues.
