And don't worry a6, it wasn't "accidently" placed beside a certain Bluebird this time. :P
Yeah, but you had to say it! You can't trick me!

And Spacedawg, one I bought was a silver one. As far as I know, just John & you have the yellow one. ;) If I bought a third Alto from that gen., it'd be white. I love my red one & the silver one. :embarrassed: Edit: I take that back. I have just the red one from that gen. The previous model, I have in white & also silver. :dunce:
Me four.

So, I just realized how badly I want some of the Maisto Fresh Metals. I mean, besides the wheels, they're sick.View attachment 245602 View attachment 245603 View attachment 245604 View attachment 245605 View attachment 245606 View attachment 245607 View attachment 245608
Ah, I remember collecting those as a kid. I think I still have my Audi A8 and Renault Clio V6, but I think I ruined the renault.

Anyway, I'm back from another trip to Walmart. I'll put the picture in thumbnail mode. I finally have an Acura NSX Concept! Oh yeah, and I bought a bunch of other things including another Panamera and Dom's Dodge Challenger.

I ain't buying that TH online, but I would if I found it locally.

While we're on the subject of eww cars, I found the 2014 Master Ambulance, @a6m5. Wasn't impressed. It seemed just a tad more bland than I was willing to accept. Instead, I dropped it on the spot when I saw the green 2014 Blaze Blitzer. That fantasy firetruck gets me good.

So yeah, I won't ask you to look for that Ambulance anymore. Thanks anyway!

Left behind like 6 of those so far. Ew.
Same. Even got one at the last KMart collectors day. Someone was going through my box after I was finished and was like "You want this?" I was like: "Nah, means nothing to me." Most of them are not worth much more than the paper they are glued to.

That's what I told you. Anniversary model was nice but bland is right on the 2014 model.

What? I must have been seeing things then.... Oh well. Just on that model too, I love the Red inserts in the seats, great contrast to the Yellow. That Alto graphic on the sides too. :embarrassed:

That Bluebird and Isuzu. Such great models both the of them, two of my favourite TLV's. Great stuff Daniel. 👍

Yeah, but I never got to see one in the flesh until now! Had the casting been metal and done in a gloss finish, I'd have been sucked into that so fast. In that sense, I'm thankful the Master Amberlamps is made with plastic.

'59 Cadillac Woodie.

Once again, it was quite a work undoing the screws on these plastic Mattel bases. I can't tell if it's the sellers, or Mattel, but these screws seem to have been superglued. Whoever is doing it, they need to stop. I hate having to use tools more than screwdrivers to take these cars off the bases. Still, not as bad as the 1/43 Greenlight with the triangle pattern screws. 👎

Anywho, I was caught off-guard by the fading stripe on these orange Caddys, but I actually like them now. Interesting-cool. 👍

That car must belong to the another guy with the Shell gas station set. Awww, alright, I had a senior moment. :embarrassed:

I forgot that I did get another Alto, to combine with the purchase of two Bluebirds. :ouch: It was a good deal then when I bought it, but it feels like I got it for free now(at the expense of going senile).

"Whoa, amber is the color of your energy.... whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally.... whoa..." Umm... yeah. I could have used tad bit more details on them actually.

Found these in a local thrift store, all are from the late 70's-early 80's except the school bus and the Ferrari 156:

Top row, left to right: Dump Truck, '76 Big Rig, Peterbilt Tanker, Ford B600 School Bus, Fast Delivery
Bottom Row, left to right, Hot Wheels 20th Anniversary Step Van, Blazin' Bug, Ferrari 156, Good Humor Truck

All cars are in amazingly good shape, just minor signs of use. 👍

Please keep in mind there's no shame in liking something someone else doesn't. I like a whole bunch of fantasy cars you guys don't and I'm still sharing pics of them anyway.

That Cararama.... why it looks so much better than my red one, I will never know.

In much cooler news, my auctions ended this afternoon. Just finished getting invoices out and finding boxes. Still need 4 more boxes, but luckily will have two available after picking up the packages waiting for me.

No resale value on a 2002 Final Run 380 SEL (unless you want to take it off me). Here's what it looks like from two angles for those interested. This car will be hitting the stripper soon.

Don't have the resources to take off the FINAL RUN tampo off the back window so I'll have to do something that will incorporate it. Ideas, @Cano?

They have a bit of glue, but after 15 years or so, it sets. Coincidentially, just a couple days ago or so I was also unscrewing some 100% cars I just grabbed to get them rid of the rubber bands, as they were starting to bond with the paint. Ah, and btw, very cool Cadoos 👍

Don't destroy it, keep it. It's a good, somewhat rare piece, rare wheels. Find one of the shatteringly common ones and destroy that one instead.

You scored well and good there. How much each?

Also, couple questions: does the Petterbilt tanker still has the hoses at the back? What color tampos on the Good Huor truck? Big or small rear window? And I'm almost sure it is, but in the Caterpillar dump truck, is the dumper made of metal, or plastic?

It was US $3.00 for all of them, so about 33 cents each. :) The tanker does not have the hoses at the back; the Good Humor truck has red, white, and blue tampos and a small rear window, and the dump truck is all metal. 👍
