Although my Green Machine find today snapped the losing streak, I just started another one. That El Camino that was on sale, I just found another car I wanted from HWC, so I went to go get it. That El Camino's been on there for years, but it is now sold out. !%#$%#$^Q#$^!#$^

Edit: Car @R1600Turbo was looking for.
Thought so. Only noticed when I got home lol.

Cool casting, 🤬 Colours.
It's not great, but I think it looks..... OK. I didn't see the 240Z. Another nice find. 👍

Yo... Was that a McLaren P4? If so, I'M DOWN. DOWN TO THE GROUND. The Size 2s in the back don't look that bad. Like Avaronbug said, it's redeemable with putty. Something like the Enzo, FXX and Agera aren't however. And hopefully it won't turn out to be a proportional mess like the Bugatti.

I wasn't aware of those either but found the Storm Trooper. Still need the Tusken Raider.

I guess the only one I'm missing is R2-D2 then. I have the known ones.

You guys should ask, my stores has no one buying any. Want me to grab them for you guys?

@AOS-, I'm good, but thank you again. But I'm really enjoying the hunt. If I don't find it, then I'm not really all that concerned. I think that's why I was picking them up in the first place, just because they are a reasonably easy and cool obtainable set. If I compete, cool. If I don't, cool.

That's what I said until I started using eBay.

Oh........ what a life I've got now.

edit: well actually, I think I seek thrill in the hunt (and bid consequentially) myself, except it's done online since one can't find half the stuff I want locally.

I have placed a few bids on ebay. But I haven't won anything yet. Thankfully. If I had then I would turn into a green eyed jealously monster that needs to have it all. Lord knows I don't have a budget for that. So I stick to the hunt. I really don't need to be panhandlin for Hot Wheels.

J Money, did you really miss the fine print? Did you believe for one second that I'll be able to go on with my life without that MOONEYES TREASURE hunt DODGE van?

How did I miss that? :dunce: I'm going to have return this sarcasm detector too, clearly it's not working.

Edit: Also, you mentioned the other day that you still need to get a certain something to complete the set. This little feature on Lamley , might be the push you need. :P

Hey, it's what friends are for bud. 👍 Now get buying! :P

Edit: If you haven't seen them already, new TLV pre-orders on amiami up for April.
Weird. These TLV preorders are only seen from the TLV section. Usually, I go to this saved page that shows all latest diecasts, and they are in there, but not with these. All four cars looks good, but it's gonna be a game time decision for me. Color on those Isuzus are amazing, and I am interested in that red Galant Sigma. Looks sporty!

Here's one that I thought about buying for my nephew, but it's sold out. I can still get it from Amazon, but I think I'm gonna pass for now. Would've made pretty neat display/storage for his hot wheels.

I just type Toimca Vintage into the search bar, works for me. Anyway ended up going for the red Galant and the blue Isuzu. The Isuzu was an easy choice. The Sigma I originally was thinking beige on that one but it just doesn't look as good as the red one.

Yes, it would have made for a nice display. Very cool. 👍

Like the side tampos. Will want to see more angles because the white to every-other-colour ratio feels a bit off... maybe it's the bright blue windows. Nevertheless, it's something likeable so that's a good thing.

I'm still happy they renewed their McLaren license though. I'm plenty satisfied with that alone. Another go at the F1 GTR would be awesome.

Couple of cars from TTP:

I've been fond of this green $TH Mustang for awhile. Finally ran into one at a decent price on a ruined card.
Boom! RX-7 is back again for 2015, this time with a nifty retro race themed livery. Mattel nailed this one, looks great.
I always prefer the OH5 wheels, but other than that, it's beautiful. 👍 Yellow one I passed on, but I'll be picking this one up for sure.
With PR5 wheels I did. But not any more, got suckered into one on eBay for $15. (included a half/half error with it)
Ah, OK. I bought it just in case, but I can just pass it on to one of my nephews. 👍

Love the Range Rover, kinda neutral on the Mustang. Maybe if they gave it straight up racing stripes it'd look nicer. :indiff:
I wasn't too fond of them at first either. This is before I knew @jtl46, but it was when I saw his pics on his blog, that's when the car started to grow on me.

I'm sort of neutral on the stripes now. I'm not sure if I like it better with, or without any style of stripes.

Super Mustang is sweet, always have liked the way it looks with those wheels (whatever they are called lol). Suit it perfectly imo. 👍

This is for @Johnny1996

Matchbox Range Rover Sport

I wasn't planning on opening this one, but the card was really beat up. It would've been nice for the seller to make note of this stuff in the listing! Oh, well. Much of my cooler MBXs are loose anyways.
with those wheels (whatever they are called lol).
I couldn't have said it any better.👍 One of my favorite wheels they use with real riders.
