Maybe. Just maybe... :dunce:

Anyone know where I can get a 1/64 ford excursion? Preferably in white and a limited, only ones I've been able to find were the truckin ones, which are extremely low. And the just trucks ones which are monster truck status. I'm kinda surprised it didn't get any attention from hotwheels or matchbox.

Finally something new in the area. At least...to me.

Is the HW Challenger Hellcat supposed to be out? I can only assume how far behind my local stores are that I'm still seeing the green Huracan and red Chevy Volt. :indiff:
I saw a Hellcat yesterday sifting through a huge bin that my local Walmart put out. I bought the only BTTF Hover Mode Delorean I could find which had a bad card and left everything else.

Been waiting for that Cayman, but something about it doesn't look right to me and for that I might pass on it unfortunately.

The Cayman does seem out of proportion. Not as wide as it should be and a little too tall.

Kind of want the Hellcat Challenger to add to my desk at work. The owner of the dealership actually complemented the cars on my desk.

Choro-Q R34 GT-R, TLV Toyota Crown wagon & TLV Toyota Sports 800.

D'awww, look at the widdle R34, it's like Godzilla had a child...

No, wait, Godzilla having a child would be nasty. :scared::lol: It's more along the lines of a cute little police R34 which shrunk, and it's nice.

But the other two Tomicas, oh man, those are the true highlight. The Crown Wagon is sleek, and simple yet elegant, with a nifty shade of blue and those unique Crown front turn lights. And that 800 must be one tiny 1/64 model, since it must be done to scale, and the 800 is already a small car in real life... It's the equation "Classic JDM Metal + Racing livery = Additional coolness", and it shows. Man TLV, stop being so attractive!

Also, congrats on the purchases, a fine set of cars. 👍

Dang, the cab on that Nissan truck can move forward to reveal the engine bay? Nifty detail, and a cool one at that. I dig the ESSO sponsorship too, suits the truck well.

Well finally got to go to the Collectors Antique Mall again yesterday! :D Got some pretty interesting stuff there. Would have posted these sooner, but I was sick as a dog when I came home. Luckily I feel better now. I have spent more than $20 several times lately and nothing happened, so I went a little crazier this time! :sly:

Anyways here is what I bought this time:

Silver Bullet/Large Charge/Aeroflash, too many freaking names for this car. :irked: Got this one just because it was minty, only $1 and plus I really liked it. It looks a lot like another one I got that has a darker green and nothing on the rear like this one. Which ironically I seen that particular one right next to it.
image.jpg

A blue Corvette, like the Mustang I got last time, I got just because I liked the color. :D Which ironically it has the same color and was found in the same place as the Mustang.
image.jpg

I believe this is a Micro Machine's Porsche 959. I don't much about the series, but I do recognize the vehicle. Hooray for mini Porsche's! :dopey:

Beginning to regret not getting the orange Testarossa I saw a while back. It would have went great with this one.

Astro's Hummer H2. They had at least 4 that had been there for a while that I have been meaning to get and Jack told me the seller was having a sale on them, so I took advantage of it and finally got it for $5.00. :D
image.jpg

Long Gone. Got this one simply because I don't own one at all and it is one I have wanted for some time. Condition isn't too bad. The front axle is ridiculously long though, about centimeter longer than it needs to be. Tempted to fixed that.
image.jpg
Seen a Thunder Roller next to it that I almost got, but it was in rough shape so I set it back.

And of course I save the best for last! :D

Turbofire! :D Was going to try and get the red El Dorado, but then Jack told me he had a new seller and showed me where he was selling his stuff. That was when I seen this one and I was like "Hello beautiful!" and immediately fell in love with it. The price tag was the same as the El Dorado ($25) and it was in better condition too. I told him I would happily take it if it could go down somewhere below $20, so he called the seller and I got this beauty for $18! :D Now I wonder if I can get a deal like that on the El Dorado. :mischievous: Have to find out next time, but it's on my "to do" list.

^Sorry for the crappy photo's. I may try to take better ones later since these don't really show much of how minty it really is. :indiff:

And of course, I never talk about the prices I pay without posting my receipt.

Unfortunately my Ipod battery was low and I wasn't able to get any pictures of my findings.

Yeah I was really surprised when I removed the Sports from it's box for the pictures. The thing is freakin tiny, length ways it's barely bigger than the Suzuki Alto. :embarrassed:
I also ordered the Sports 800, and both colors of the wagon. Hope they arrive this week.

Hopefully they do. Trust me, they are totally worth the wait. 👍

Dude the Turbofire and the Long Gone were good grabs for the price, specially the Long Gone. The redline was on the expensive side for such an unloved casting, but it's still reasonable and the thing is in great shape 👍 the Astros car though, you got really scammed with that one

Oh and the small 959 is Hot Wheels. Go google Hot Wheel Micro Racers or Planet Micro and see for yourself.

I can't get enough of that Toyota Crown Wagon, it really is a brilliant model.

I kinda had to do that little joke, haha. But seriously, it's so darn cute...

Holy hell, that is small. If it's only marginally bigger than an Alto, imagine how smaller it is compared to other 1/64 models... You gotta love TLV's ability to cram as much detail as possible on such a smaller-than-life package.

Hahaha, a pink Beetle, you couldn't make it more fitting for Barbie... Ok, you could, I'm just joking around.

(Bad) joke aside, I like that set. Personally, I'd only go for the black Split Window and the Type 2 Camper, but it's a nice set. But doesn't that Split Window ride height looks off?

Nice grabs. 👍 I really like the Long Gone. I actually have the same one, with a slightly broken base:

Such a shame. The paint is so minty too. :(

I actually just noticed mine has the same problem with the front axle too.

Wow, I really wasn't expecting the Long Gone to be anything special. Good thing I got it then! :D

Yea after doing a bit of research, I believe that. This was being sold by somebody else instead of Jack. Still, I don't regret my purchase whatsoever! :) I didn't forget the El Dorado, but this one took the cake for me.

the Astros car though, you got really scammed with that one
The ones that Jack doesn't sell seem to be more expensive. I knew it was a little much when I found out about the price, but I knew if I refused it, I was going to get it someday. Considering it was on sale and I never find those types of castings anywhere these days, it was okay with me.

Oh and the small 959 is Hot Wheels.
Well I know that! It's the series it's from that I am not so certain about. I guess I should have been more specific. :P

Edit: Oh I see what you mean now, Micro Machine's isn't by Hot Wheels, it's from another company. I thought it was apart of Hot Wheels, my bad. That said, I guess it's Planet Micro. Jack really needs to get more of these because I need these in my collection!

@Sonygamer455 I am so jelly right now, especially of the micro-machine. Loved those as a kid.
I am sure I would have loved them Micro Machines as a kid too, if I had any. :indiff: I must have been missing out back then.

I do remember they had a Hot Wheels Atomix series back when I first started collecting and they were much like those. They even had them packaged with some of the mainline's back then, but I for some reason never bought them. :( I do have a Deora II somewhere from the series I got with a playset (Which is long gone) and a boat (Also missing) that I may dig up sometime soon.
