I doubt it. Then again, I still can't get over why those MBX SLRs are worth so much more.

Low supply (produced for the one year only).

Someone to glorify how great it is.

Hundreds of readers now influenced can't find it.

Sellers and would-be sellers mark up, simply because they can and because the suckers would.

Welcome to the world of business.

Bingo. Can't sum it up better.

Good things happen to those who wait.

It's the business as usual though. This dynamic exist in all collectibles(no STD jokes pls).
Greatest claw machine, ever.
It's certainly the most exciting one I've ever seen. They should make one stuffed with other brands, too. :embarrassed:
I've also got a craving for chocolate now for some reason...
I'd still eat it. I will let chocolate go to waist, but not to waste.

Edit: More rant on select TLV:

It needs to be filled with a few more of these. Then it would be perfect. :P :embarrassed:

👍

Exactly why I don't bother to install any of the DIY stuff on my models, I'd rather leave them as they are. Beyond ridiculous.

Well, now living in my parent's new house and having a new internet/phone service; I can now share my most recent hotwheels that I've been collecting.

I made 2 different trips to the "Giant" grocery store and surprisingly; there was a good selection of hotwheels there. I finally got a Nissan 180SX, a 2017 Ford GT, and a Mk3 Ford Focus RS! Though, I think I'll make another trip there tomorrow as I was in a rush and missed a few cars. I just hope they're still there.

Did you hear that? One of my favourite fantasy castings is a super. That means low-price super for me.

BTW Starts at 3:00.

Interesting. Tour de Fast. Can see people mugging those for the bike.

Oh. Blade Raider? Ooohhhh. Futurismo..? I can't find any pics on that currently.

I picked up the GreenLight Nissan GT-R police car today. It was $14, shipped.

It's about what I expected. It looks like million bucks in this pic, but in person..... not so much.

I agree, that looks like a no-win situation.
Frustrated with those guys right now. :grumpy:
one of them had their tampos in the right place

I've passed on this one couple of times. I think I kinda want one now.

I could have told you that and saved you $14 bucks.
Like I said, it's what I expected. With it being a R35 w/Japanese police lievery, GreenLight, limited release(and hobby exclusive), it was worth it to me.

Also, the packaging is cool, though the big "警視庁" is bit odd. At first, I didn't plan on opening this one, but I figured the blog post would be pretty lame if I didn't uncard it. :P I cut the thing open neatly, so I think I'll just put it back in the blister & store it that way. :dopey:

Okay, this is my last haul of 1/64 cars for a while. I got quite a lot of them and from 3 different stores. I finally found a couple of hotwheels from the Japanese classics collection! I got those, another VW Sportback, my first Porsche 993 GT2, a 2016 Camaro SS, and some other things.

Absolutely. Going for that shock factor like John, ya?

Collectors who don't want to open theirs will now be your readers. Way to find a market. 👍

I don't know if they could stomach all that whining though. I know very little about things like deciplan, or restwaint when it comes to stuff like this.

I genuinely don't see the appeal of the 'premium' wheels. They don't fit properly inside the width of the casting and somehow look cheaper than the mainline rollers.

Maybe some constructive responses will help you find a solution to the complaints you may have.

So my local Walmart has had M case stuff for a while now and I was totally oblivious to it. I was confused on Sunday when a guy that just barely beat me to the isle and grabbed a new-ish red R34 Skyline amongst all the old crap that has been there for a while. Figured there was a dump bin at the end of the isle or by the bicycles....nothing.

Go in today, same old crap on the pegs BUT, a Focus RS and a new Miata all alone on the top pegs. Checked end of isle and by bicycles....nothing still. WTF. Then all of a sudden: light bulb! Walk over to the main isle that goes to the garden center and what do you know, hoards of Foci, MX-5's, white Integra's and BMW M4's in one of those circular bins. Go figure. Grabbed one of each of those plus the silver Renault RS.01 (though I hate the red wheels on that thing...)

These don't look great. I generally like them.

I think they are all legit, I just vent. A lot.

I swung by one on the way home today. They moved this new dump bin one more aisle up closer to the sporting goods(past the bicycles). No R34( :(), but I did find bunch of those Mustang series cars. Picked up couple of Fox Bodies for me & my friend who used to have one. Also some crap cars for my nephews(track cars).

Edit: I want to buy this, but it looks like absolute #!@%. I do recommend the seller on the link though. Great GreenLight seller.

I was finally able to find a whole set of these

The t1 and power wagon were always gone when I saw them at other stores. I found this set at a meijer. I don't care about the Quick D-Livery.
