I don't have their ST yet, but I wonder what the chances of Greenlight getting the Focus RS are? Would be nice to have a properly detailed model of one.
Oh, just been sniffing around many asiles in stores and the web for scales vehicles. Than and busy from life, saving tge world, and fending off monsters and villians etc.....
But seriously busy with a lot of events in my life and school. But now time to head back here for some time. I see you got a blog site up, just like AOS. Nice articles and pics. Looks good and can't wait so see more. BTW, seen your latest article also. 👍

@a6m5: Thanks! I haven't posted here in so long is because many of the HW cars I'm hunting down aren't appearing and I have checked many stores for them, even on The Strip and other tourist attractions for them. And I'm getting back to model car and figurines of favorite series of movies and games... So it has been sometime, but I have to see what new here and on Instagram HW collectors to fuel my "to the store-mobile" and/or rsise up a Cano "screw you, I wanted it!" or maybe both.
But I have to say the Nismo cars are some of the best looking Tomicas I have seen in sometime since visiting here in months. So I must start a Amazon or ebay account real soon.... And MUST ACQUIRE ME NISMOS... NAO!
Yeah totally. You know, I actually believe that TLV's are overpriced - paying an extra $10 compared to a Kyosho which isn't much worse in terms of quality is stupid IMO. Yes, the TLV's are fantastic in terms of quality, but if the prices were cheaper, I'd buy them far more often then I do. Kyosho also provide more variety than TLV does, so it's more than a substitute for me. They pretty much co-exist in my cabinet let's just say.
Picked up some Hot Wheels while shopping for groceries..... They are track cars for my de nephews(except the Honda bike).
But yes, you see the multipack at the bottom. I never buy those!!!!
Datsun truck & Camaro(I'm partial to these) are why. It's $9.47 for 9 cars, but I figure I can ditch the rest to my nephews as track cars as well. It's the rigged math I use to justify dumb spending.

I think the NISMO cars you are referring to are the Kyoshos, but I totally agree with you, @CLowndes888 & others that they are awesome(I've raved about them in my blog as well). Good to have you back bro. 👍

I totally agree on the high prices of TLVs, and that's another thing I've mentioned in my blog repeatedly. As a collector in the U.S., this is the problem I run into:
TLV - Too expensive, but nobody else matches their vehicle selection, or quality, so I pay the discounted price(amiami, Japan Booster). If I was forced to pay MSRP, I may find another hobby.
Kyosho - Great cars, priced right considering the quality. Problem: Blind box system, and/or almost automatic that I'd be forced to pay premium markup over the MSRP.
Again, I totally agree on Tomica Limited Vintage. If old release Shell, or Idemitsu tank lorry cost $150, I'm down, because that's what the secondary/collectible market commands. When MSRP of new Silvia Super Silhouette cars reach nearly $70 range, I have big problem with that. It's worth about $40 to me, maybe $50. Thankfully, discount sellers like amiami & Japan Booster will sell it closer to my preferred price than the MSRP.
Awesome read, thoroughly enjoyed it. 👍 Especially liked that Suhaimee guy's post, the Toyopet crown! What a cool model to start off a TLV collection with.

So I finally acquired the Hot Wheels Vintage Racing Smokey Yunick Camaro from years ago. Only need two more Mustangs to complete the Trans Am vehicles released in that series. Thankfully, I'm only completing the American Trans AM series since I'll never acquire John Morton's Datsun. (Besides, if I am going to shell out that kind of money for the Datsun, it'll be for the RLC release to accompany my RLC 240Z.)
I think I have that one, but I had to get it loose. I didn't realize it at the time, but Vintage Racing was a super winner for premium lines. I try to bring this up as much as possible: I could not find the Vintage Racing 510 on the pegs. I had to pay $8-something(included shipping) online. I wasn't happy.
Got my Hotwheels G 2020 concept and Gran Turismo 5 SpecV. the 2020 is a pretty impressive casting with cool angles but the GTR is the same as usual casting from years ago with updated wheels. Packaging is very cool on both better than the original line of GT themed cars out a few months ago
