Here's my first (and so far only) Tomica, since we're on that subject. Lancia Stratos Turbo. :)

What's up with the canopy, does it go up and down or something? Nice find, love the colour.
I will let you know as soon as I open it...

There are few really cool vans in this series, but all I could find was this one. This series wasn't in the particular store last night, now there is just one model on the shelf(they are shipped in a case/cases). Weird. :odd:

They're a new release. My Walmart got them the other day because there was one left on the shelf with a wonky tire. All others were gone.

What I was getting at: I stopped by the same store last night, right after work. They were not there. I stopped by this evening & there is just one model. Walmart usually drop the whole case on the shelf, which is minimum of six cars, usually double that or more.

While it's possible that entire case(s) sold in one day(with me taking the last car), but it's highly unlikely.

I used to notice much quality issues with M2s, but they've been perfect for me lately. On the other hand, GreenLight's been fairly consistently poor. I could swear GreenLight throw their cars at concrete walls before packaging them in blister.

Or you have an insider. ;)
It feels like it. This happens from time to time at this store, like just 2, 3 cars pop up from the new series. Where's the rest!? For while, I suspected somebody returning items from other Walmart, but this M2 just now released so...
Anybody here have any of those Greenlight Hollywood sets that come in a tin that mimics a film reel? I've literally spent 15 minutes trying to put the lid back on one. Anybody have a solution?
I'm glad I never touched them. :D. I liked the show Lost(when they were actually watchable), but that set was kinda boring & overpriced.

Anybody happen to know anything about these two cars? The blue Twin Mill (?) has redlines.

The only one I have is the Smokey and The Bandit one. I probably won't be buying another one as I feel the same way about it. Mine was a "need to have it" deal.

And I did get the lid back on.

Only problem is I have no idea about any other info on it.

Still made in Japan and the most common and "random" version of the casting, as there are like three or four with real racing liveries, which are very hard to find.

Still a nice piece, and im good shape. I'm missing it in the collection -read: in good shape- I only have it for restoration:

Twinmill is an 25 (I think) anniversary reissue. I had never seen the Camaro. Super cheesy but cool, lol.

That was a cooler set.
So, sometime around Easter then? :P
Don't rush me. Why such a tight schedule!
That momoment when you find a $TH you forgot you had.
I have that one, too. I like Twin Mills.

Well, while I don't have the latest Snowmobile from Hot Wheels Red Line Club, I did uncard this one today to honor the holiday:

The cars are immensely boring, the idea is really cool. Especially since I live in Michigan.
For collectors like us, who's ran out of things to buy. j/k Then again, this ended up being my favorite 1/64 GT-R:

I'm in the process of trying to downsize my collection, and also to pull off a trade, so I went through some of my stored cars & it was like that. Old cars felt new.

When it came around to my Hollywood based Hot Wheels cars, I was bummed that I didn't have the double of the original Batmobile. I need one loose, but I saw just one in there.

@a6m5 probably won't agree but Bluebird Silhouette is still the best Silhouette. :P

Think I'd have to agree, if only because those wheels are easily the best I've seen on a TLV so far.

Because scientifically, factually, the first one's the best. I mean, look at it. Early '83 Skyline's the best Super Silhouette car. It's the best!

I'm surprised though. I didn't think you were going to get that one. Last time we talked about it, you sounded unsure. Glad you got one!

Why oh why do those Silhouettes always have to look so beautiful!?:bowdown:

Yeah, they're awesome but they're becoming too expensive. This one came in a like $60 before shipping.

I like the look of the wheels on the late '83 a lot more better, if I'm honest.

Yeah, I caved. I had to get it to go with the earlier one. :embarrassed:

You should've preordered yours with the GreenLight Shell tool set like I did, then you could have gotten yours in time for the Chinese New Year, like me!

:(

I've told you before dude. None of this extra curricular stuff. Stick to ordering just TLV's! At least they come in on time. :P
