You & Cano. Cano hates that car HARD.

I still can't wrap my head around the fact that it even exist. Who would give a go to that thing.

Scion CEO: "Here, take sonny, design a car"

*gives crayons to his 4 year old son, takes the kid's drawing to engineers, the XB comes out as a result*

also, look. One of the coolest modern Matchbox castings, and one of the more difficult to find, it finally fell into my hands in mint condition.

It is really cool. One of a kind. 👍

Lot of people actually liked its "look", and Toyota did a great job by making it really practical. In my area, it made Scion a success, and when they blew it with its replacement, it seemed like the beginning of the long & painful death of the brand.

I looked at one store today, but they had nothing. After that, I did swing by the Japanese grocery store & picked this up:

@RCKakashi14 Is that the coffee you said you really enjoyed?(jk lol) I decided to get one, in case that you were just trying have the most delicious minicar coffee all to yourself. It doesn't come with any cars, but that's okay. :P

Yep, those same black coffee that I have to endure tasting...

What a deal. $3 for a two cans of UCC & a free TLV Safety Loader.

Pick me up one of those next time you're out. You can keep the coffee, just send me the Flatbed...

👍!!
Nothing better on a hot dog than ketchup, and if that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

Mustard too. 👍

Added this one to my blog:

Sauerkraut
What is wrong with you? j/k

I can't wait to try it. I can't remember if you mentioned it, but do you like black coffee? I know I like "hot" black coffee, but cold one does sound nasty. FYI @SVX UCC was more delicious than I remembered. It was like Starbucks frappuccino(those in glass bottles), but stronger coffee flavor. If the thing has decent amount of caffeine(I'm gonna google it), I'm going to stock up to take to work!

I took the last one. Rest of them came with these....

Depends on the mood, but yes. 👍

I've been a regular to this thread for five mins and I've already started a coffee addiction. :P

The ones I got from a Lawson convenience store in Japan are COLD. The convenience store clerk got a box (where those minicars and coffee cans are stored) from the cold storage room.

Having been to Japan thrice, I can definitely tell that those canned coffees in convenience stores are sold either WARM or COLD. But definitely not hot.

Still... That taste, though.

Seemed like a good idea at the time....

I meant not can coffee, but I was wondering if you like actual black coffee(cup of coffee w/no cream, no sugar). I like the real black coffee, but:
Looking forward to the coffee review from @a6m5
I'm not getting my hopes up, but I can't wait to try it. Tomorrow morning. I want to sleep tonight(3am right now lol).

Just had to take the blister cards I shipped out earlier in the week back to the post office because apparently it was .97 cents short on postage, so they sent it back to me.

OMG, it was good! If you like your coffee black, I think you'll enjoy it. I didn't think the black coffee flavor would be good cold, but I was wrong!
Oh you know, tried new things and found Ketchup to not be so amazing anymore :P

You may be surprised to know acidic foods go well with fatty foods.
If you like sauerkraut, more power to you. It's just that it's nothing new & I wouldn't want them on hot dogs!

Some interesting stuff from the Pittsburgh Convention.

Turns out the Tomica Premium's cost 180,000 VND which is about $8 here. The store near my grandmother's house is somewhat behind. They've got the Z-Tune R34 and RC-F GT500 that I might pick up. Maybe even the RX-7.

Why do Hot Wheels keep making awesome vehicles? It's going to put a strain on my budget!

Huh? <<< Trying to remember when I spent more on one car, but I can't.
Geeze, you would think for $160 they would put more effort into taking a photo with something other than a potato.

Edit: Wheel Collectors has them beat though. Glad I have more important things to spend that kind of money on, like an intake for my new car.

It was actually the camera attachment for Gameboy Color.

You could buy these all day long for $200. I was willing to pay $150, but every "best offer" & trade offers were rejected, then I found that one for $166.50. Close enough.

Yes, expensive, but I think it remains to be seen if it was a smart investment. I highly doubt that the value will go below $200(the market value). Chance of it climbing in value IMO is pretty good, since they made only 2800 of these, and demand's been pretty high.

Only question that remains for me is do I have the guts to uncard it. If it looks like this casting will skyrocket in value, maybe(then it'll be worth what I paid, even if it's loose).
