Any Vintage Racing cars would be so much cooler than Track Day 510, at least to me! :D

I checked out Toys R Us on the way home today. All good stuff gone & only 10% off.

Don't worry, eventually it'll be 40% off fantasy cars.

Man I remember the days when I could photograph my "entire" collection on a table. I think I was only 8 months old into the hobby at the time.
Haha, well 1/64 for me is sorta a side thing that I do when the opportunity arises
I probably will never get to the same level of my 1/18 collecting, though who knows, that could change someday...
Also these 4 arrived:

Whoa those Vipers look great.

More are available at this time.

The first fruits of working at Asda paid off yesterday. I had my pick of the new batch, seemingly before many had the chance to rifle through. Chose the best grey Huarya and blue Ford GT for decal placement, regular Kenmeri and the Advan 180SX.

Did you pay a decent amount for that? I'm trying to get as much as I can off selling my loose 993.
I paid for IDR 430,000 or around $31. Kinda hurts paying that amount though, most expensive 1 piece i've ever bought so far.

I think premiums generally have better aligned tampos. I used to have couple of those Porsches, but I don't remember anything about the tampos on them. :P I do have the newer TrackDay Porsche with disastrous rear spoiler tampo. Real bummer.

Edit: I checked my carded Porsche & it looks decent.

It ended up leading to a blog post about other cars I had in the case :

Man, you're lucky, that rearlight looks decent. Which Track Day Porsche?

I mean, i know it's my own problem that i am super anal about detail perfections so much that i used to quickly sell a car that i just got if i think the tampo just misaligned or has imperfections like little scratches. But with this one i'll just keep it since majority of the ones i've seen had worse than mine

I hope the 993 from upcoming Eurospeed series has better rearlight tampos.

Three Boulevards I could never find (unsurprisingly). That Porsche, Skyline and the flipping 510.

Nice Vintage racing collection, you've got there too. What a shame you chose to uncard the absolute bestest car from that series though...

It was this one:

I don't have the pic of mine, but that black rear tampo's way off on mine.

I know the feeling. I'm the same way.

Back then, I "hunted" & Boulevard Skyline, 510, those were cars I could actually find. F40, too.

Please free BRE 510!!

Never was big on that F40. I wasn't really concerned about never beening able to find that one. Sorry.
Me neither, but I think F40's pretty coveted, too. *checks eBay* Almost $40(shipped) on a good day.

One thing I hated at the time about the F40's the gray/red two tone.
No thanks, it's fine.
It's one of the best Hot Wheels loose, if not the best. There are cars that are beautiful in the blister, but not as hot, or downright disappointing loose. BRE 510's a real jewel.

Not bad at all. 👍

Actually I don't mind the two tone paint job. The humongous rear wheel is what ruined it for me.

I'll take your word for it.

I'm okay with the GT500 Super Snake having big wheels in the back. They adjusted the proportions to still look beefy.

Bugatti Veyron on the other hand, dear lord do I feel sorry for all the suckers who are swooned by its name.
