Falken looks nice.

As opposed to the two I ordered?

Honestly as nice as Falken liveries are. They're a bit like Gulf colours to me now. Just a little bored of them.
They both fear Who's Your Daddy? Fast & good jump/loop car.....

The Speedbox? Never would have guessed that one is a killer track car.

I knew it, I sensed that.👍 For me, Falken liveries are still okay. Gulfs are :yuck: for me at this point also.

It's been in competition from the beginning & outlasted almost all other cars. It's this version:

It pwns. In our next hot wheel car draft, I'm sure everybody will be after the Super Chromes version of Who's Your Daddy? I can't wait man.....

Hello guys! Been meaning to post here for a while now, but I just haven't got to it until now.

Remember this carrying case I posted years ago that my uncle let me and my brother borrow for a short time? Well it's finally ours now and it still has all the ones I posted from last time in there! If anyone wants a close up of any of the castings in here, just let me know and i'll post them!

And we also got this box of some of my dads cars and it's mostly just a bunch of off brands, I think I saw a Majorette in there, most of which are not much of anything interesting to me.
IMG_2961[1].JPG

However, here are the ones that are:

An unopened Chrysler Pronto. Nothing too exciting, but hey, at least I have a mint one finally!
IMG_2964[1].JPG

3-Window '34. Now this one is pretty neat! It belongs to my dad and I think he got it when it was new. It's a bit beat up, but I am glad to have it!
IMG_2962[1].JPG

Ferrari 348. This one on the other hand is in great shape and I love the tampos and the paint job! This I think is the first time I have gotten another Ferrari 348 since I was really young, possibly before I even started school. It's great to finally have another after soooo long!
IMG_2963[1].JPG

And that's all I have to share for now. My dad says he has more, but he'll just have to find them, which is easier said than done, but I am confident he will eventually. What this means is I may be about to finally inherit my dads collection after all these years and I may get many of his old Redlines he bought when they were new and possibly a whole lot more! Only catch is, he says he didn't take very good care of them when he was younger, but I can always restore them. Don't know when this will happen, but when it does, I will be sure to share them here!

Actually I've got a couple of versions of the Speedbox opened. One of the few fantasy castings that I don't mind.
You now just need some nephews & those orange tracks amirite.

I used to think Hot Wheels tracks were the dumbest things, but man, my nephews suck at Call of Duty!

I’ve noticed recently a lot of Kyosho for sale here in HK but with new packaging. Re-releasing old stuff?

I wouldn't know. Haven't heard of anything Kyosho ever since that Lexus box came out.

Found some interesting RealToys at the local fleamarket. Unfortunately they're wrapped in a tray and it originally costed $30, but was reduced to $15. Not sure if it's worth it. I was rather interested in the Focus rally car, Vehicross, and Supra.

The Focus and Supra look a lot like Majorette castings.

So what you're saying is that it would weird for a guy in his (almost) mid thirties to buy a hot wheels track for himself? :dopey:

Runs the in the family, right? :P

Oh boy. Who's ready to sell a kidney?
I haven't shopped any of these "culture" Hot Wheels, but this Super Nova set, I don't know.......

I almost pulled the trigger on a 787B I saw for just over $10, shipped. That was a close one. :P

You aren't fooling anybody. You already ordered one, didn't you? jk

I was part of [GTP] clan that won something like 48 Team Deathmatches in a row!! We only had to stop, because it wore us out physically!(I could hardly hold onto the controller anymore).

I was luck to find the first six truck sets hopefully I’ll find the next three.
Found the A case Integra and the matchbox RS2 on Saturday

Only car culture set I’m missing the rest of is cargo carriers I only have the Honda Odyssey and Ford Transit never saw the other ones in stores.

Caught this while browsing my local online shop (think Amazon but for Indonesians). The seller offered it for around $11 with free shipping and protector. , which is considered cheap here since regular Hot Wheels are now around $2. Ended up got around $9 after i asked him if he can lower it a bit.

I don't know why but this thing looks cool for me.

Hey guys, looking for a Holy Grail kinda deal, if it even exists. There was a very brief overlap period in which the Hot Wheels 9 packs had a matte black new-gen NSX and the matte black CRX. I'm looking for the unicorn case that may have both at once.

This one is a near miss. :banghead:

Interesting stuff collectors look for.👍
 You have to understand; neither of those color schemes were released as mainline cars. They were only available as multipack cars, be it 3 Packs, 9's, or 20's. As they're so screwball exclusive, I wanted to see if the ultimate chase pack for a Honda geek like me was out there.

I totally understand, different things appeal to different collectors & it just amuses me. :D:tup:

So here is something I saw that I found interesting when I went to my local antique mall back in October that I have been forgetting to post for a while. It's a Peeping Bomb that's in great shape and it's $22, but I have a feeling I may be able to get it somewhere below $20 hopefully. I almost considered it, but my parents were with me and I wasn't sure how well it would go down if I tried to buy it. Might try next time though because I dig this casting!

Unfortunately as far as findings go, that's all I have to show. :indiff: The antique mall has tons of things I could post, but I don't really get as much time to take pictures when we go this time of the year as I do when I'm with my dad or my brother. Hopefully next time I'll have more to share. Cheers!

Uncommon color too. Do get it if you can, its a good buy.

Good to know! I am pretty fond of it myself and assuming it rolls okay, it looks like it would be good on track, maybe even better than my Seasider. I will admit though, I am pretty gullible when it comes to redlines that are in decent shape and are $20 or below because I am lucky to ever see any like that these days and my redline collection is far too small to me and heaven knows I certainly want more.

As far as the antique mall goes, I have no idea when I will go back because my dads work schedule has been very weird lately and I rarely get to go anywhere with my brother. Whenever I do go again however, i'll try to get some more interesting pictures to share because the place is quite a treasure trove!

I did a few major purchases over the past two weeks, and I figured it would be best to break them apart over several posts.

I'm happy to share that I managed to snag a legitimate Redline Red Baron. This is, if I have read correctly, an early second edition/generation/issue car from the very early 70's; the real deal breadwinner is the first year car with a notable white interior.

Had a couple appointments in Phoenix today so decided to hit a few stores afterwords. After about 5 stores of nothing I said screw it and went home. Not a people person either so today was just a bad day for that with the crowds. I did find 3 pegs full of that Gulf Galaxie though...
