Since I haven't even started on finishing the last few pages of coins I have, I should probably get started on a list of older hot wheels I need to buy.

I'm also willing to buy it off you guys if you don't mind.

Was just mentioning that Love is blind, and now I come here and go colour-blind.
What about a flourescent green base, zebra stripes, and Barbie-pink rims?

Love the space shuttle Harry. 👍
I used to have the Corgi moonraker shuttle when i was a kid, the MB looks way more accurate as a shuttle, but i used to love the folding landing gear and opening payload bay of the Corgi.

I dropped by before dinner and caught your post - it brought a lot of memories to me - I had that Shuttle, too. Unfortunately trashed so bad, then neglected, then lost. Ah . . . wish it was still around.
Still - my Shuttle collection is growing.
I'm surprised my pics came out - I had edited before downloading, but something fouled up and they all came out as original.
Had a good score today, including the MB London Taxi and the Channel 6 News Chopper. Also the 2013 (?) Celica and Ford Gran Torino.
Pics up later tonight.
Glad to see this thread so active. 10,000, soon?

Ah, you remember the Corgi shuttle too, i seem to remember 1 of the bay doors breaking off of mine at some point. Cool that you have the 2013 (time traveling ) Celica. 👍
Yeah, have never quite understood how a 2013 car can be released in 2012, doesn't really make sense to me.

Are they really releasing green 2002? Is there a picture of it? I can't find any.

Traditionally - IRL - new cars are released in September. I bought my '92 Regal in September of that year and got a super deal because the 93s had just come out.
My Corgi Shuttle suffered the same fate! One door broke off, and then . . . well you know what happens when doors go missing.

Ah, thank you. 👍 I'd personally have preferred lighter green, but it'll do. :D

Have you guys been licking panes again? Why aren't you sharing it?

9 treasure hunts chevelles, 13 Mars rovers, and 14 minion pigs in one dump bin in Indiana!! 6 three car sets left on eBay! SLockard20

Went to franks today and picked up a mixed load including a first ed. FTE AE86 and a loose MA61 supra :) really wanted to find the toyota truck hot ones but the only one there had a severly bent rear axel...a boxed defect im not willing to pay for.

If it's a major error -for instance a MB securely packaged in a HW blister, I would think, yes.

Otherwise it's hit or miss depending what kind of error. There are always people out there who will value a mistake because it is rare or strange. Remember there are people out there on eBay who will shell out large amounts of money if someone auctioned a potato chip with the face of Yeshu'a ha Notzri.

If its a rare or desireable car, and there is a printing error. That would usually indicate a major step up in collectabality.

If its an undesireable car then not usually.

There are no hard and fast rules though.

I saw at Walmart one of those Team Hot Wheels special cars that cost like twice as much packaged behind its formed plastic with its bottom facing the front of the package.

That is a hideous paint job. :yuck: What makes it German?

What a shame. Car is awesome. With the standard paint job, almost any color, I'd buy one!
