@AOS, appreciate the offer, but broke as 🤬 right now lol. I'll probably wait to find em on the pegs... like i said my local walmart showed some signs of the new batch...haven't gone in a couple of weeks :(

Does anyone know if Matchbox will be releasing the Mazda2 again? I'm glad they've got the Civic Type R, but...I'd love to have the Mazda2 as a new model.

Stopped by Walmart today after school with very little expectations for anything new. And of course, I was wrong. :lol: 2013s have appeared here!! :D I went kind of crazy going through the pegs hoping to find more 2013s. Got some late 2012s as well. There was one Celica on the pegs that I almost missed, but glad I spotted it when I was on my way out.

Yes, but the thing that I learned from HW, MB and scale models, GT (and FM):

Build experience, make $$$$. Make $$$$, get the cars. Get the cars, build them up, make more $$$$$$, get more cars. More cars = The collecting power!

Went out today to get some groceries at Smiths today. They still got that bin of death mixed with 2011s and 2012s, but it looking a little bit more cleaner than before (all the cars were everywhere, I had to get a cart just put the cars on top to reach the bottom :eek:.)

Picked up my third 302 Laguna Mustang, Hemi Orange Corner RT, Formula Red S2000 and a Ken Block Fiesta in black (for future selling or for an autograph from Block.)

I may take a jog back down there this weekend to browse around and see if they added more.
 
Surprisingly enough, TRU's stock is finally up to date. I found three Mars Rover Curiosities laying around, so if anyone wants one... And several Minion Pigs.

Dont feel like taking pics but there's ton of them out there.. the singles version is rare .. its like the bmw with chrome in the 9 packs that dosent have chrome wheels in the singles.. im not saying my cars rare at all but the single is.. geez Besides iv already proven to you like 3 cars youv said i didint have with wheel varies that were impossible to find * cough cough Ferrari cough california*
 
At least it got attention. I have the turquoise Aston DBS with these wheels:

Also got the new Golf GTi, some older cars I didn't have and a bunch of extra cars for their wheels since I'm going nuts about wheelswapping.

Also, damn me for not paying closer attention. The guy I've been making the huge purchases from increases the price on the subtotal without me knowing after sending me an invoice. Just now I asked for a shipping total on $46.18 worth of stuff and now the subtotal's $51.... WTF?

Nice display Skyline! The whole shelf in black really brings out some of the cars. This along R1600's display is starting up some ideas now! đź’ˇ
 
That Exige S? It's a Tomica. It came with a dinky playset for $5.99. So I bought it and going to donate everything else to a thrift store heh. It's got the piece of metal underneath so it's got suspensions like a Majorette, and the lack of finishing detail makes me want to paint on some indication of bulbs on the lamp sockets, as well as swapping the wheels.


@ SkylinePhony, I like the use of black to hide the visual separators that is the rows and columns, but I'm not big on the bigger white frame, unless there was a purpose for dividing display into 6 groups.

I believe it also comes in like a tomica 5-pack. If i recall its kinda pricey but it also has the SE3P cop car, or i may be mistaking it with the z34 roadster
 
So while spending hundreds of dollars on eBay.... I've come to the conclusion I'm destined to never get a Viper ACR at a desirable price.
