Thanks man. I finally remembered why it had to be silver, and why I had a soft spot for that particular 911: My uncle used to have a diecast of it. Sweet car, regardless. 👍

They just arrived this morning, and are much better quality than the one i posted before.

And they are sweet. If you can get past those wheels, they are absolutely top-notch. :tup:

Mainline car, so it should be readily available in a couple months. I also hope it won't be hard to find. However, unlike up there with you all, where hot rod culture is red-hot, over here in Mexico, no one knows what one of these is, so when it hits the pegs it will be another peg-warmer. I can see it now: "dad, why does this thing doesn't have a hood?" -"dunno son, but here, grab this Ferrari instead". Has happened more than I can remember. I just laugh the hell out of myself inside, like "oh, normal people". I'll grab a fewwww of them.

So I just lost a lot of Speed Machines I could have grabbed for cheap... $12 shipping; average $3.50 Speed Machines.....Elise, 911 GT3, Tesla, red NSX, XJ220 and so on. I should keep my Paypal topped every now and then.

Well, well, well. Look what we got here. I'll keep my eyes out for ALL of them, as long they don't look like that 2013 Mustang GT from the pics Medigo posted.

Now I like that DBS and the Vette looks good, but they should've made tampo lights to make it complete though, but they are on my 2013 Wanted List.

@At1: Nice 👍. Now those are what I call 993s. I hope HW or MB do some 911 993 one day. I mean, those are the last air cooled Porsches that would stand out from the 996 and 997s I see regularly.

HW Quality Control seems to be suffering - more and more manufacturing and packaging mistakes come to light on the pegs - this truck wasn't fastened at all.

Indeed, my sentiments exactly.. so wish HW or MB would do a 993, I'll get one IRL when i finally strike it rich with a lottery win.. (wishful thinking) . IRL they're way more expensive aswell than the later 996, due to many considering them to be the last real Porsche 911.

@ a6m5. I hear you with regards to the wheels, i did a quick swap (pic in the custom thread), and i think it looks a lot better now, even though they're not the wheels i'll be using for the final version. 👍
