For AOS's piece, I hope it works out as a investment. Sometimes it goes up in value, sometimes it goes down. Hard to tell, at least for me.

What? The FXX? I was thinking of uncarding that. Please don't make me hesitate. :indiff:

You guys should sign up at HWC.com, even if just to browse the Finds forum. So you know what you are looking for...

I probably will... in 3 weeks...

Well IT DOESNT MATTER. WATCH IT AGAIN.
lol

How does this youtube video, featuring cheap camera & bunch of hot wheels have better camera work than most low(er) budget films released on film!(or dvd).

I missed it, too. It is awesome.

I wasn't trying to make you second guess yourself...... you do what you want. come to the daaark side.....

Well, I don't know how rare the FXX is... I can convince myself that it's not special enough and keep it carded which would mean it will retain collector value, or I can satisfy myself by uncarding it and placing it together with the other Ferraris I have. If I do the former (which I might do now), I'll definitely paint one of my incoming FXXs a gloss black.

The MJ body probably popped off in shipping. Happens all the time.

You'd think by now they would have given up shipping by camel train. Kiddie toys shouldn't be shaken that much. Unless they're rattles, of course.

As for QC mess-ups being a way of life at HW - you bet: take a look at this 575 GTC - came in the package like this - no glass/headlights - was I a trifle miffed. I paid good money for it - and I get a half-manufactured car. We need one of you guys to become Production Manager for HW. Or at least one of the Executive QCs. Get those resumes out!

Rather curious...has anyone seen the F-150 Raptor in the singles yet for MB? I noticd photonrider had the 2012 Artic one. Which on the wiki said it should be released this year. Anyone know when? I've become a tad obsessed with the Raptor...might even buy that offroad 5-pack with the black one in it... And give the rest to my younger cousin.

Mediglo -

One of these came in a 5-Pack, the other two were singles, one of them is a Maisto (the one without the spare-tire.)

These been with me for a couple years now but i've never posted these pics here. They're those Delivery series from a bit ago, the ones I kept for myself after I bought a giant lot for cheap.

The Hurst-tampoed 1959 chevrolet sedan delivery was my absolute favorite from this series, specially the white with gold accents because it really pulls off the Hurst backup vehicle look.

The black/cream one not so much, but it still looks cool:

Ah, but errors are fun!

Look what I got! :sly:

I had a dream last night that I went to this building to give some person my $uper S2000 on trade, but to be a nice person I included a bonus car in those tan shipping folders lined with bubble wrap. I didn't give the cars to said person, but to some mean old lady who would then give it to that person. After I handed her the folder, she opened it and then opened the S2000 to inspect it. I freaked out in my dream and woke up.

Jason's opened Focus remined me of that.

Totally confused now. Is Cano actually an old woman in disguise?
Damn Internet.. . .

Wyvern64 - Your R8's in the mail. 👍
PO lady (who looks like Cano, and was extremely helpful like the real Cano, and not at all like the mean old lady in Zach's dream) said it will be there in 2 Weeks. Also a small surprise in there! ;)

Details at the Clubhouse.

The guy knows. 'sides, it's not like you're opening a 30 yeard old piece. Just destroy it, dude.
It will be 30 years old in 30 years!

I concur.

And I take back what I said about having all the $upers I need. Still need the Falcon XB...
I'd LOVE to have that too, but don't they fetch extra high price on eBay? Nice Focus, by the way. 👍

Amen. 👍 Here are three that I have that are rarer:

Lol does that RS $uper have burnout-revenge-esque pinstriping over the roof?

To everyone who wanted a F1, i regret to inform you that i may not be able to, ran into some financial trouble with the bank so not too sure how large my small paycheck will be.

I know AOS wanted a few, commodoreben wanted some as well as medigo...i'm gonna have to see what the damage is, so far my wife has just debriefed me on the phone, so we'll see :(

@photon: 👍 That was a good one with the joke! So are you and a6 getting into the comedy biz? 💡

A6 and Harry as a comedy duo? I'd pay to see that.

Absolutley beautiful.

And I want a Falcon $uper as well, but I'm not going to pay $50+ for one any time soon. :ouch:

I have a spending problem as well. I want to spend money but I don't have enough of it to spend, that's the problem. :dopey: :indiff:
Yea thats me alot of times, i admit i am not very good at managing money, mainly because of Hot Wheels. Im the kind of person where if i was a multi millionaire, i would literaly buy every Hot Wheel i see that i currently don't own.:sly:

I shouldn't even be spending anymore. I can probably say my paycheques from the last 3 months pay off all the hot wheels I've bought since I started collecting.

I know AOS wanted a few

How much for one any how?

We can't take credit, it's all CANO!

I'm starting to suspect my fame in this small-scale community of ours is getting a bit on the questionable side. But it's just a suspicion.
