Wow them wheels on that toyota look just like the basic wheels on most hot wheels. The ones in that picture you posted have 4 spokes while the toyota has 5 by the way.

Yeah, I think it came from Tony's Pizza promotion or something. I got it on toypeddler together with the black Matchbox Countach.

I'll try, but it's nothing special. I was looking for Countach, and this pair was cheap.

Use a magnifying glass for close-ups if you got a point-and-shoot. You can get an image so magnified, you'll see microscopic specks of dust.

You missed it, too? We discussed this in this thread I think just last year? I think they got bought fairly recently.

On your TLs, RX-7's badass, but I liked your selection of the old school Lancer as well. It's little different, and of course, in a good way. Not many people's gonna have one of those in their collection. 👍

When the blue one came out, I didn't even bother buying that color. This one looks cooler though? I'm not sure if it's the angle of the shot or what......

As for the difference, I'm guessing it's either the wheels or the stripes, but I have no idea.

The 2002 is unbelievably fun to customize because of its really really basic form. Lots can be done to it.

I've seen all those cars many many times, but I finally bought them for no reason whatsoever.

Oh wow. I'm waiting until reading week to visit the Toronto stores. They got 2012 stuff before the stores here. Maybe they'll switch it up, who knows. I did find the NSX, R34, 2002 and 24 Ours at the walmart beside work before the TRU in Toronto which got the '12-'13 mix before any other store.
