That'd be a little more than $15 of the Retro Entertainment cars. Ack! Excluding tax and shipping... I'll still try and grab you and Cano the Edsel.
That last one was the only one I knew to be in existence. What a noob.
Tomica or Hot Wheels, I don't think you could go wrong either way..... though knowing your preference, I think we might have an idea which way you might go.Gosh, might just go buy my first ever thing online...
I'm guessing the Tomica Limited 2000GT is worth it.
Scratch off the Audi R8 Ben, is there a Gumpert Apollo Siku there? Completely forgot that they have them! Sorry!
OK, thanks to Zach, my comment sounds TOTALLY wrong. Wrong as in wrong.
Gosh, might just go buy my first ever thing online...
Looks like the TL 2000GT listed for roughly $7. Considering that quality of the Super TH(rubber tires, etc.) is closer to that of Boulevard, Garage, etc., I think it's more like $3 versus $7.Keep in mind the Tomica is nicer because it is a $12 car. The Hot Wheels may have cost us the same amount, but it's still a $1 car sold pretty much anywhere. That's your quality difference.
Dang, second appearance for the Mercury Turnpike Cruiser, Fairlane & green Olds(I have that, too) this week! Love the Treasure Hunt in the ten-pack. How awesome is that.👍
P.S. I don't know if you read my post earlier, but that Turnpike Cruiser's worth some money.
Oh no, sorry to hear that.I did see that mate, not sure about mine though, noticed when I'd got it home that the left tail light was missing![]()
Oh no, sorry to hear that. It's something commonly seen with the M2 cars in my area. I think people are just too careless handling them either in transit, or in stores. I just saw a beautiful red 442 at TRU, and the hood was completely loose. I passed.
P.S. I hope I find the Falken Cuda soon. Very cool. 👍
RCKakashi14Just like Kyosho, it comes with a card.
More pictures later.
a6m5And we thought they made just games!
OK, I just finished taking & uploading the pics. It was a work.
First, Matchbox 60th cars:
Lemme explain. I first found half of those at Toys R Us. I'm like, I never find good cars at TRU, but they proved me wrong!..... Then I see them at Walmart for $1 less each. I've decided to return the TRU stuff, keep the Walmart ones. Anybody know how to open the package cleanly, swap the cars with the crap cars? I kid, I kid. Also found these Choro Q/Penny Racer knockoffs by Greenlight:
I named them AmeriQ's(I know, it's going to catch on). Didn't know if I should get it, but I liked it too much. Mercury Turnpike Cruiser by M2!:
Always liked its unique looks, but I won big with this one. I had never seen it before, so I eBay searched it. It seems to be a chase car of sort. They are worth $20! Now the rest & eBay + Toy Peddler cars:
Bought some of those from the same Toy Peddler seller again. Good shipping policy(not to mention service!). Bonus pic of the car I bought from him. I bought it for the dog inside!
Edit: Oh... P.S. Still no findy Retro Entertainment cars!![]()
MedigoFlameAlso...has the Hakosuka Skyline and Datsun 510 wagon appeared in stores yet? While looking around through the internet, I noticed something of a personal interest. I have the same birthday as the Hakosuka Skyline!!Although...there's a 25 year difference.
McZachenF1138K-Day cars:
Two TH Continentals (could of had a third one, but I let someone else find it)
Regular and $uper TH Riviera.
Flintmobile
K-Mart exclusive colors
Girlfriend and I both got our numbers called.
They also had the Smokey, Muppets, A-Team, K.A.R.R.,and American Graffiti Edsel cars, but I figured I'd wait to see what else I'd get at the event and then get those Retro cars. I went back after and they were practically all gone. Damn other collectors.
I feel like the two of us were the most normal people there. All the other two dozen collectors were weird and mean. Some guy horded 15 Nova wagons. Some people.
SpacegoatSeriously, go to hell.![]()
Here's the pic I posted of it.
