Yeah don't be like one of of those low EQ buyers and dramatically downrate for something so minute like scuff marks. You can get that off if you really wanted. Creases and tears are on a completely different level.

I'd agree that creases, bend are critical (had those before, too), these marks are not:

However, it was: a) described as "Mint condition in 'kar keeper' protective case" b) only photo provided is shot in the only possible angle to hide the imperfection c) damage on the packaging does affect the collector value, whether you agree with it or not

Other stuff like how I never heard from the seller, $6 shipping charge on $2.58 shipping will affect the feedback as well. I don't think I'm overreacting since we are talking about paying premium for collectible hot wheels, also it's not like I'm going to leave nagative, or even a neutral feedback. Just much lower stars(I think they have four or five, max). *shrug*

My nephew would love that Freeway Flyer! 👍 Chase model Routemaster(which I've been referring to as the "London Bus" ) is off the hook, especially the chase model. I have one, which I think is probably just few years old, that one is one of my absolute favorites. Thanks for the link(again)!

It took me awhile, but I've learned to laugh at them & walkaway. And to also stay away from the opinions forum. Some people are unable to keep from taking shots, or have the ability to agree-to-disagree. You can be in the right, win the argument & still lose.

When I started reading this, I was thinking you got your dad involved with your HWC ban.

Well, darn it. Found everything except what I was looking for.

No bumper cars, R34 or 240Z. If anybody got them for trade, I picked up the Boulevard Skyline & 510 just for that reason. Girl working at Walmart was telling how excited she was to see the GT-R at another Walmart across town, and guess what, on the way home, I frigging miss the 🤬 exit and the next exit is the merge to the freeway leading to the Walmart she was telling me about. I really didn't want to go, but I did. All I found was those two Land Cruisers(better than nothing, I tell myself lol).

One Walmart had all the Zamac, except R34's. I almost didn't buy the Caprice(I LOVE them), because of the stupid color. I passed on the JL IROC Camaro cop car, also because of hideous finish. 👎

If anybody got 240Z/bumper cars/Zamac R34, or Matchbox Routemaster/London Bus, interested in trading them, let me know.

I just found out a store close to me actually carries the 60th anniversary MBX cars.
This is close to the best thing ever because here we never ever ever get anything other than run of the mill mainline cars.

Just out of interest (and a slight amount of potential business) how much do those Hot Wheels sell for in the west?

Here they're what I would call a pretty good price (18Yuan) for something that is actually not faked. Wondered if any of you would be interested in importing.

You could import Kyoshos and Tomicas for us

18 yuan ain't cheap for us though. The US gets them for 97 cents (6.031 renminbi), Canadians get them for $1.37 (8.519 renminbi). Not sure about Europe or Australia.


But I do know Tomica and Kyosho brands are widely accessible in HK and those sellers can do free shipping.
