Must have Colonial Viper and Mini...

If I ever see them, I'll probably buy the Sunagon, maybe the Island Hopper(T.C.!), but I probably won't even see them, and not interested enough to buy them online.

Nice car Andy! CM's?

I've been stalking CM's Violet, but it's been very hard finding it on sale by itself. All eBay one I've seen are set of 5 or 7 or something, and I think they come to $7, $8 a car or something(comes with two of those Pulsars those lots). Only Violet I found by itself was $20, and I don't want it that badly.

CM'S is a brand known for highly-detailed rally car diecast models that go in the range of $8-$10.

Most eBay sellers who got some do free shipping from Hong Kong, just because they can.

I think they are sort of poor man's Kyosho, at least to this crowd. Great value for the dollar though. eBay indeed is a great place to look for one.

Kyosho Beads and Tomica Limited have beautiful packaging & display in conjunction with the packaging, especially Tomica Limited. CM'S just has the pedestal and that's it. With the former two, you can leave the entire car packaged.

If there are cars you don't want to buy loose, it's Kyosho Beads and Tomica Limited.

Weren't Kyoshos randomly packaged? I thought, like CM's, cars within the series are randomly packaged in boxes, and you won't know which cars you are getting until you break them open?

I didn't say Beads for nothing ;)

Mainline Kyoshos are cardboard boxes with no indication of which model it is unless someone marks it off on the box somewhere.

Beads are a discontinued run. Thus they got demand and collector value goes up.

But yeah, Beads packaging (as well as newer Kyosho models) look like this:

Ah, thanks for the info. 👍 And yes, I will pay Canadian shipping for those. Thank you for offering them to me.

:P

Every time I see those grotesque job on otherwise a neat car, I curse at Matchbox. I wish they re-released the Scion xB casting, but I know that they will just cover it up with some fugly tampos. :indiff:

Neat car. Scion xB. Used in the same sentence.

What has the world come to, dear lord.

*yawn* Welcome back to ten years ago. Come on Cano, xB/Bb hate is frigging ooooold. If you don't like the design, I can totally understand it. I mean look at the car, it's not for everybody!

I think the car is cool, even if just for how divided people's takes on the design were. Many absolutely were disgusted by it, but plenty found it cool & interesting.

Hate on a lamepile isn't "old". It's just hate. It wouldn't matter if that crapbox was from the 70s or from the future, people would still hate it because, well... it's kinda self-explanatory really.
