Went to the flea market again and came across the same vendor with the box of Premiere Collection MB stuff. Grabbed these four for $20...

Obviously not my pictures, but the same exact colors.

Edit: Oh and HWC posted the FR-S in the sneak peeks! So that should mean it is on it's way out!

I was just looking at that Supra! Nice haul, but I got my eye on something else right now. That Matchbox SLR is a elusive one. I look for it every once in awhile, but they are rarely available for reasonable price, and I always have bigger fish to fry.

There was a Supra like that at the meet. Passed on it though as the rear wheels weren't installed correctly or something, looked weird.

Indeed the RX-7 is for you. The Supra I got came with chipped paint on the spoiler and the wheels are quite offset.

That NSX was a surprise find at Walmart, but let's immediately move our attention to the truck that's not listed anywhere on eBay nor Southtexas nor HW Wikia yet. Only found one of these too. Cross my fingers it's a HTF mainline.

Nice find on the truck. It is part of batch M, that is with dealers and on short cards. The Scion FR-S might have been in the same store as well.

My guess is it is not on eBay because it sold out. We profiled it on Lamley a few weeks ago:

Does the Auburn have a pop up roof that isn't physically attached to the body? The fact you can do it with this guy means you can have an exposed engine when modifying it.

Someone sniped me on a sweet rods r32 skyline by $1 just now.

Well, I took part in eBay bidding warfare tonight. Bunch of Tomica Limited from I think the same seller I bought the 80's(FC whatever you guys call 'em) RX-7 from. She had: S800, Silvia, RX-7(newer) and Celica XX/Supra.

I placed couple of bids on S800, Silvia, Celica XX & just one on the RX-7(again, newer, not the one I have), because I'm not hugely keen on the RX-7. THE one I wanted out of the bunch, also closing last was the Celica XX. Seller failed to get the picture up, but going by the TL0009 number, it's the gray one, similar to the one I mistook the Daytona for couple of days ago. They worth more, and I prefer this scheme over others.

Some sniping going on, I let it go. I sacrifice even my #2 pick, Silvia(I think they were called 180SX here), for my main prize, gray Toyota Celica XX! I had two bids on that darn thing(three on Silvia), but this time around, I'm bracing myself for the sniper to strike. With just seconds left, I snipe my own bid....... nothing. Maybe it was the lack of photograph, it went for $9.99, the starting bid.

It gets better. Lady selling them have multiples, so she's handing out the second chance offers. It's not a steal or anything, but I ended up asking for the Silvia and S800, too. Just waiting for the combined invoice now.

I'm planning on modding the NSX as the ride height is off anyway.

The tan recolour was nice enough for me to want it. And I agree that better wheels are in order. I could simply grab some 6-spoke dirt tire off a Matchbox and paint it... but definitely not black as it doesn't go with a tan paintjob.

I picked up some packages on the way home, also made a mistake of swinging by Toys R Us. I don't care much for the new Camaro. I don't care much for the Greenlight's new Camaro line, because I don't care. I bought one.

Yup, that be the one. But I did pay $16 + change for the Honda S800, $14 + change for the Silvia(also known as 180 or 200SX AFAIK), and $5 shipping for the three. Still, all three of these cars routinely go for $25+ each, so $46 for all three, including the shipping, I am so flipping pleased. Best part: Guy sniping other cars from bunch other people, he ended up paying more for these cars than those of us lucky enough to get the second chance offer from the seller. In your face, sniper![/hypocrite]

Yeah, I was thinking it would've been a slight upgrade, but you could definitely do better than either rims. I think the black color itself isn't so bad though, lot of them ended up with black steel rims in real life. I hope to score one of those trucks anyway. Maybe two.

The only thing with the tow truck is that its missing the tow hook but all the rest is there and its in good condition apart from the missing tow hook.

It was all about $50 AUS including postage from England. Ive seen the Car Transporter going for over $50 by itself over here a few times.
