Never understood why people sell huge lots of a single car like that.

Got my LED's I needed and everything to make them work for $11.24 shipped. :)

Does anyone know of any databases that contains an index of castings for M2, Greenlight and Majorette cars?

For M2, I use their website. Pretty extensive cataloging there, which is well organized, and awesome!

I stopped by the post office today for these(and the Chinese food across the street lol):

My Kyoshos from the Yoroshiku Mechadoc comic books(or manga), FINALLY.

Celica XX(Double X) & 240ZG

kyosho yoroshiku mechadoc

Seller actually wrapped it up in bubble packs & mailed them from Hong Kong in a paper-thin envelope. They also throw away the box & stands, which was the reason I got them cheap to start with. I really question their logic.

That is......odd. :odd: Still, they both look the goods. Digging the 240Z, very nice. 👍

HK Post can get ridiculously cheap shipping if they do mailer.. so cheap they can do free shipping and still make profit. Mailers from HK also get through customs a little quicker than parcels. How they can pull that off is beyond me.

Edit: Wow. People are so stupid... they had the balls to do a sale and call it a "back to school" sale... Yes I'm talking about toy cars. :odd:

Really cool stuff, and by Kyosho no less. You sure they aren't Aoshimas?

Also, I forgot to say it a few pages aback, but lol at you Cars XB.

The Yoroshiku Mechadoc Kyosho set has just released recently. It's no surprise if HK has it. I know one store that gets Kyosho and Tomica directly. It's located in Wan Chai district... :P

Kakkoii da na, a6-san.

A lot of Top Gear references and some anime racing action today eh?

R1600Turbo
Only 2 FR-S' s, sold one.

Just send me the PM and I'll get you the total.

Lots of cool stuff, just too hard for me to keep track of requests.

I'll take them!

And I'll get that PM out right now.... 👍

Yeah, it was Kakashi(👍) that brought up the Kyosho release of those cars, few weeks back. I've been salivating.......

I still want the CR-X from the series, but the last one I was following, complete with the stand, box, etc., it went close to $40 I think, not including shipping. I don't want it that bad, so I'll be looking around.

Edit: I just remembered, but the Celica XX is equipped with nitrous. True story.

It's awesome, I know this.....

$40!? Nandatto!?

Well, anime cars tend to appreciate like that. But for a recent release, it really is crazy.

Correction: It went over $40.

I think it resulted from the combination of slow distribution + impatience.

Edit: This is the CR-X I thought the Hot Ones' was based on. First fictional mid-engine CR-X, I swear.

Though I am hoping that the Kyosho 1/64 Lotus Europa from The Circuit Wolf will pop out at the store. I hope my friend contacts me.

Is this a reality? I've only seen larger die cast(and of course, mad price tags) of that car. If there was any manga based hot wheel-sized car I'd want more than these Mechadoc cars, it would be that white Europa with red stripe filled with stars!

Snapped theses up just now from the same place I got my Choro Qs. All for 20 bucks or a little over 6 US dollars. Didn't bother setting up white background this time because I'M SO EXCITED! :D

1/60 Honda Insight Patrol Car

1/68 Honda Civic Type R Euro

1/57 Nissan Fairlady Z Roadster

I like the Fairlady better with her top off. I also like the wheels on the Civic. And an Insight, as a police car?!!

I think I may have a subconscious obsession with Japanese cars. I blame Gran Turismo for that. :P

They also had, in packs of threes, a Honda Odyssey, a Suzuki Alto, a Corvette Z06, a Mitsubishi iMiev, even an excavator! But meh, those were packed with the Corvette. :sly:

I was like "why does that FD2 have non JDM headlights"... then i read the rest of the post. lol the Z34 is a cool casting. the removable top is kinda cool

I thought it was a Prius police car. That would've been epic. Still very cool little hybrid cop car. :D
Yes it would! But how in the world are you gonna catch a bad guy with a hybrid?!! :dunce:

That's because it's not an FD2 but an FN2. ;) I thought the body style would be a dead giveaway. Ohh, you saw the first picture. :)

Forgive my ignorance, but what does cold casting mean?

In Japan, they often have small police cars for light-duty(parking enforcement, etc.). When I was a kid, they used kei-cars for the stuff, but I guess hybrid would make sense for them today.

Edit: Here's my Tomica police car(catching a speeder lol).

So I guess a Prius police car could also be plausible then. :sly:

Wow, nice cars! That R33 looks awesome. I think any Japanese police car looks awesome.

Is that green car an RX-7?

I am more partial to the Japanese police cars, although I'm also a fan of American police cars.

And yes, it's a Tomica Limited(their nicer line) RX-7.

Cool, even the wheels look more detailed. But that color... :scared: Unless, you like green... :sly:

Edit: I guess for a basic patrol car a Prius would be more than enough. And that Japanese Prius police looks cooler than the other American Prius police. :P

That green is my favorite color for the car...... :ill:

Yeah, American police cars are better full-size I think.
