It's the cheapest for my location surprisingly enough.
It's a mobile 4G hotspot though Verizon, so it is basically 30GB shared between my phone, my computer, and my mom's Kindle.
Trust me, 1GB per day DOES drive me nuts. I watched two Top Gear episodes on Netflix yesterday...6GB gone.

Staying under 1gb a day is manageable. I've tracked my daily progress since I was going over monthly usage, and I've found ways to adapt and make the best out of what I can and probably shouldn't do. Just avoid HD content or give up a few days of net usage when you just have to have your TV or whatever to make up for it.

@AOS- I'm not too fond of the Kyosho SLR McLaren either. Spotted it a few times in the store, and still no takers. :P

The best Mercedes-Benz Kyosho 1/64? This:

And another Kyosho re-issue, just the F40 having a new livery:

As much as I'd like to have it, that silver SL65 has way too much money on it I'd want to spend. I already have the white and recently won myself the black. Despite me dropping over $50 on a lesser quality castings, I don't value Kyoshos as a collectible. I actually value them as a sculpture piece; get one, and appreciate its beauty for all eternity. Hot Wheels and Matchbox on the other hand, I value as collectible toys; collect them all as that is the mission.

but mang, shoulda told me sooner about the SLR McLarens. How much are they at your store?

Found a few cars today while out of town

I found this at Target

And my first Auto Worlds at Wal Mart. :dopey:

I just couldn't pass on this Firebird, which looks killer in dark red. It was either this one, an Auto World 1973 Challenger (it would have been a harder decision if it was a 1970), or 4 Hot Wheels zamac cars and a 99 Mustang.

Went to couple of Walmart tonight shopping. One. One Auto World, I forget the name, but it was that old, boring one.
All the Road Trippin' cards are great but the UFO is just the best, safe to say I'm never opening that one.
Priceless. 👍
@a6m5 @R1600Turbo Shows how up to date I am in this thread. Sorry! :ouch: :dunce:
It took me more than few seconds to figure out what you were even talking about. I remember now.
McZ.... finally a McZombie. Back from the dead.
You have to pretty much draw me a picture here. I have no idea who makes the green one. Is it Greenlight? Then Kyosho, Matchbox, then Superfast Matchbox? Black one's awesome. 👍 And not to take anything away from the Kyosho, but what a amazing job by MBX on a $1 car!

10 USD, the same price I spent for that silver SL Black...

Kyosho has their hits and misses too. For example, I don't like their Gallardo LP570-4 SL (rear spoiler looks awkward).

Yeah. Me too. I almost passed on it, but I'm soo glad I bought it.

I've fallen in love with it more than I'd like to admit.
My dream is to own a real one in a big garage, but since I don't have nearly enough money for that yet, buying a bunch of 1:64 scale models of a Firebird is my next best option, which I'm actually looking for this particular car here:

Jarrod: Is it messed up that my favorite part of your haul is the UFO card on the Camaro? It's just so cool.

I know what you mean. 50's scheme's a hit & miss for me, but they are all unique & when they work, they are EPIC.

I tried looking this rally game up on google last night, but I couldn't find it. I did come across SEGA Rally, but this game, I'm pretty certain Celica was the only car you could use. I'm gonna look again soon, because crap like this drive me crazy.

Irony: You guys are closer to the actual hot wheels production than we are.

That is tight. 👍 Can you photoshop that on my spur?

:P

Edit: AmiAmi, you rock. Again. Check out the backorder they came thru on for me:

They won't ship until my preorders(late this month) come in, but they are now in stock. :embarrassed:

It's really Ironic, because I can't even find Datsun 510 in my own country when Malaysia is right beside us.

Enough of lurking, time to actually start posting on this thread. Man, the cars are so hard to find in Singapore, way too many hoarders buying and selling at a ridiculous marked up price. Makes finding anything worth buying actually extremely satisfying.

Found this gem the other day hidden somewhere deep in the pegs and snagged them immediately. I have a little habit of placing a single model on my workdesk and this is the current sitter. :)

The only thing better than a garage with a classic muscle car, is a garage full of classic muscle cars. :D

@Cano & @R1600Turbo - They had two, three of each(there were second gray beetle, also), but unfortunately, they are from Walmart out of town.

P.S. I quite like the tampo on the Firebird. Sweet car, all way round. 👍
Moon Eyes Beetle
I thought about grabbing myself one, same with the Skyline.... but I didn't(bait to sell other cars). :P

Nice corvette convertible :embarrassed:
It is sort of cool, though I didn't get it for myself. One of the bait cars, Mooneyes Custom Beetle has already sold(sold two older cars with it! :D). I should have bought more!
Good link. Lot features that gray Beetle I was talking about, and pricing is fair $18 + $8(?) shipping. That camping diorama set, I've looked at before. Just can't see spending $30 for it.
Did you get enough Daytonas?
Tell me you bought that on internet. It'd be way too many Super TH find for one person.

Found some L case cars at Wal-Mart too, red Cougar and a few others.
I haven't kept up on any particular new cases, but I passed on lot of new mainlines last night I've never seen before. Cougar, I couldn't tell if that was the one I already have, but it was one of them. I was really on the fence on the silver GSX. Pretty cool car, but with me trying to get rid of half my mainlines, I have to really like one before I buy a $1 car anymore.
