I'll have the blue one, please (: how much was it? To add it to the ever-growing debt :scared:

Wow. Rock & rolling. 👍

Edit: Your pictures so much better, I can actually appreciate my Auto World Ford GT40 more after seeing your pic.

Cars I got in the mail today:

First, the wheels(for future swaps).

Matchbox Superfast BMW 850

Finally..... Long time coming. Hot Wheels Modern Classics Cutom Otto

Hot Wheels Drag Strip Demons Dodge Coronet

Charger F/C + Plymouth Arrow

Passed on this a million times. M2 Studebaker Pickup thing.....

Was a little disappointed before I got it that it didn't have the same wheels as your Sliver one has.
One I have coming(still have not arrived in the country!), while I agree those wheels are sweet, here's the proof I like the black steelies, too:

I don't remember how old this pic is, but I even noted how much I liked the wheels in the pic! :D
And big thanks again for AmiAmi to my attention, couldn't be happier with their service. 👍
It's my pleasure to refer more business to a hard working shop like AmiAmi. From preorders/backorders to price slashing, they absolutely kick butt. 👍
Oh screw you. Thanks anyway 👍
Don't thank me, I'd have kept them all. :P
One of the very few mainlines I actually bought. :D
BLUE ONEEEEEE PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE
I so prefer the red, but congrats man. Finally. 👍
Kind of do want...
Can't wait for Lamley to post up some more pics! :D
You know Jason posted his, right? AmiAmi got it in stock($18-ish + ship), and NISMO is due out later this month(preorder avail. on same site).

They were $13 with tax, so add $6.50 to your total.

Still, it's the freaking half of what they go for in here. Stupid place.

Hot Wheels Nissan Skyline 2000GTX (with roll cage)

Ah, I need to remember to look for those. Incredibly, I did find the cage/no cage variations of the candy red RX7, and iiirc, one of the M3s. So those are indeed coming. The 620 on the other hand is practically next to impossible. Congrats on both 👍

Hot Wheels Drag Strip Demons Dodge Coronet

Ah, damn. Effin' sweet. One of the several Dragstrip Demons I'm missing. Also

I so prefer the red, but congrats man. Finally. 👍

1964-ford-gt40-lemans-prototype-shelby-american-racing-ream-sale-houston-classic-car.jpg

1964 (note the year) Shelby American GT40 prototype lightweight "special", with the original livery it raced with at the '65 Daytona 500, in which it came third iirc. Yeah it looks awesome in red too, but of these two the blue is the one to have because history. The red one technically doesn't exists.

I have to take the photos with +7 brightness on my camera, even then when I open them in Photoshop they are dark and I have to adjust the brightness again +10. Some saturation here, unsharp mask there, too much effort. :P

Damn it Cano. Party pooper! :D

Better angle & clarity too though. 👍

Much effort, but we all should know effort pays off, and it shows in those photos. 👍

Glad you're picking up tips I've been dropping.

I've currently a new challenge by finding new settings with a different flashlight I've got.

Big sucker of Castrol rally cars. I have no support for Castrol itself, I just have a thing for the white/green/red scheme thanks to Gran Turismo 2 about 14 years ago.

Had you not told us, I wouldn't have guessed Kyosho. The car looks like higher tier collectible Hot Wheels.

It's precisely what I was thinking, it's quite sloppy. In defense of Kyosho, several Porsches are some of their earliest 1:64 models and thus aren't manufactured to the same quality standards as their later cars. This could probably be the case. I'll ask Ahmed.

Vaguely remember you posting that one. (Think so anyway.) Very cool. 👍 And that Coronet drag car is slick, excellent stuff.
I've liked that one from some arcade game, years back.

Sega Rally. Used to play that and Daytona USA back in the day at the cinema while I was waiting for the movie to start. Good times. :D

Daytona is still bloody fun if you can find a machine.

Mooneyes beetle made me search for 'mooneyes hotwheels' on eBay. Bad idea. Some cool stuff!

It reminds me of this.

Truly a classic.. :P

I apologize for the thumbnail-fail in advance. Old pics are so hard to retrieve on photobucket, I can't be bothered to find them again to post the pics correctly. :P

The body line looks mighty tricky too though. It'd be interesting to get the story behind that one.
SWEET. 👍 I generally pass on their 50's Chevys, and I especially dislike their front grille(often seen w/gold finish), but yours is nice & the grille is sweet! :D

Was it? I didn't play either one that much, but definitely have soft spot for them(old people like throwback lol). I keep failing to do so, but I've been after that CM's Celica, and I did pick this up long time ago, just for looking similar to the Daytona game car.

It's close enough. :P

Such search expose you to all sorts of new stuff you didn't know your collection needed before. :D
That's a nice one. M2 classic cars are really sweet. :P
Right now I'm thinking about buying the 1954 Mercurey Sun Valley.... I need that car!
That was my very first M2!

Been a fan of theirs ever since!
I saw this one coming from a mile away....

That is a sick Mercury. That yellow combined with the chrome and white walls. Gotdamn. For me, that's just about on par with the red body/white wall colour scheme.

I'd love Mattel even more if they did. For now, the closest we have is this:

I'd say the T-Bird Stocker is much closer:

But based on that provided image alone, it keeps looking like a boxier version of a Fairlady.
