@SavageEvil I know! there are so many missing mustangs from GT2
Shelby GT500 '68
Ford Mustang GT '98
Ford Mustang GT '99
Ford Mustang SVT Cobra '98
Ford Mustang SVT Cobra '99

...
There are differences between the 05 and 06 Ford GT that someone pointed out in another thread. They are all minor styling differences and not suspension or drivetrain. The Ford GT was only made in 05 and 06 model years, so obviously PD thinks it's an important car and is including both years.
This is the problem! :D
PD thinks. Probably in this case is "correct" put a 2005 and a 2006 Ford GT, but we know how many duplication cars are in the game. Probably PD thought also in this case that the various Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Honda, were necessary (in my opinion only steal space to a greater variety of cars).
Reality check this is "their" game! Either you accept that fact or don't it will not change how they choose which cars to include. People complain a lot but they also forget that PD many of them love cars and they chose many of them based on their in house choices which is why you see a boat load of their native cars. They hold some sort of relevance to PD, and to people who play the game and accept the cars as part of history that once was. It's a game and it's your choice how to play it mostly, but the designers of the game intended you to play along the lines they set. Complaining about the designers including a car they wanted in the game is beyond ridiculous. You want something different you can ask and see if they will add it, but ultimately it's still their decision in the end correct or no?

Definitely. I do not question that it's their game, as i do not question they will put the machines they think right. I'll buy that, as i bought the others, with the dozens of absolutely useless Skyline's, Miata's, S2000 etc.
But since i buy the product, as a consumer, i have the right to acquire an aspect of the product that does not convice me (and many of us here to criticize this aspect).
Remove absolute duplication does not would not change in any way the "relevance" of the aforementioned Japanese cars (which would still continue to considerable quantities). They could still draw from the Japanese market, as well as from old episodes of GT, to offer to the public a list less redundant and more enjoyable of cars. It takes very little to avoid this problem, which is repeated in all chapters by now. PD can do it at zero cost and all would gain.
it is time that PD understands this :)

They were assembled on the moon. They stayed folded up until they were ready to be deployed, because like I said they wouldn't be able to hold their own weight on Earth.
I know what you are saying, but they were still manufactured here on Earth, tested and then loaded - and yes, there was some assembly required. I think there is even one somewhere at NASA or as part of an exhibition - assembled.

Dude, in the end, it's a game...structurally it's sound enough but just not for high speeds or duress. Change the materials maybe...and all is good. Like I say, it's a game and they can do that kind of thing.

I think it's kind of weird how we get a Range Rover Evoque and that's it. One premium SUV. In the trailer it shows a race with only Evoques so I'm guessing that is how it will be like... Then we will still probably have truck races with standard trucks from '03 and '04.

I think you'll find that was due to packaging constraints on the spacecraft, not an issue of holding its own weight.

How do you think they built and tested prototypes??

2. They seems to make the 2005 Ford GT premium. Problem is that we have already got one....2006 to be exact.

I don't know if someone looked this before, but I think that Ford GT is the old Ford GT40, street version.

Most of the cars that were in GT5 are in GT6, 50 standards become premiums, and we have 120 new cars in the game, premium obviously. So at the end we have 180 premium cars to add to the list, but we lost cars in the way, like the ones of the WRC or F1, but even that, we have more than 300 premium cars in total. Better than in another racing game, don't ya?

That moon buggy is pretty dumb. I'm sure it took them a ton of time to make it as something like that will have a huge amount of exterior detail, but what does it do, 5 MPH? I imagine I'll win it for some high-level race, take it halfway around some track and hit exit. But that's Polyphony Digital for ya. They're quirky that way. I guess it's "part of their charm" but I'd have much preferred the LaFerrari and Lambo Venero.

Those cars are too new, plus the Veneno is ugly!

I think the car list is a bit confusing. For instance cars labeled with 6 "indicates that the car is appearing for the first time in the series."

One car with this distinction is the Chevrolet Corvette Coupe (C2) '63, but that car was in GT5 so the notation is incorrect.
It's a different trim/model.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the addition of the second Ford GT was at the request of Kazunori-sama himself, do not forget, people, he does own 2 of them in real life, so it would make sense if they used his personal car as a refernce, it would certainly be convenient.
