Technically yes, but you still have the same daily restrictions as you would with one account as far as number of items sent each day. The only difference is it's shared. The best bet is 2 or more accounts on 2 or more systems increasing your trading volume each day.

To say it clearly:

You can send 5 paints/MCs/car parts (horns etc.) and 1 ticket/car per day from one account.

You can`t send same stuff from same account on same day from a second PS3.

You need another account on your second PS3 to send again all the stuff.

Conveniently you should install all accounts on all PS3 stations. But keep an eye on your savegames. I recommend one USB-stick per account.
