I think I had two 1000 tickets.. I got that old Ferrari race car from one, and a Gran Turismo Formular 1. I think anyway.. Such a long time ago.
 
I have 5 Ticket 1000 going to run a test on them and see what i get.

Will post back with details.

Lat time i used one i got a 20 mill car that was about 6/8 months ago.

Since Spec 2.0, I have NOT recieved a single 1000 ticket. (and I drive GT5 2 hours every day)
Probably because I now only race online, where the only reward is racing hard against your comrades.
Or I'm practicing on the Nur offline.

How can I earn more tickets? (I'm done with A-Spec)
does arcade mode count as driving to earn them? Why did PD have to isolate so many areas from each other in this game...

The only time I did ever get them, was repeating the special events, or grinding away some months ago for a short time, with the X1 around Daytona.

PD SELL ME NEW SPECIAL EVENTS!

How do you get one? Do you have to drive a total of 200km or in 1 race? Or do you need to finish 100 races? (im a bit confused)

The game will award you with this ticket if you take to the track 100 times or drive 2,000 km, whichever comes first. Think of it as buying a new car and it comes with a 4 year / 200,000 km warranty.
 
I got some crappy Lexus SC430 GT500 car, traded it for something I could use. Got the ticket on the Ferrari Seasonal event about 3 weeks before they canned the event... I miss that one. easy 500 grand for 3 minutes of racing.
 
I had two Ticket 1000s. I got a crappy Mazda Miata the first time and the second I got a ****ing quick Audi RS6....
Edit: I just got a third and it was......the immensely powerful 11bhp Citroen 2CV. Mmmmmmmmmmm....what a lovely piece of donkey S***.

I'm seeing people with Toyota GT-Ones and SLRs and 787Bs and so on, whereas I got a PATHETIC little Citroen :grumpy:. And when I got one during trading (gave someone a Zonda C12 for the ticket) I got a stupid poxy Nissan Micra. Two piles of sh:censored:.
 
Jaguar XFR!!! Finally!!! And with 6 tickets left!!! :lol:

Done using Ticket 1000s for a while, I restarted GT5 47 times while cycline through 10 tickets to finally get a fresh XFR (I maxed my prize car early on and it never appears in UCD).
 
I had been running straight off the DVD GT5 for the last several thousand GT miles - and used the Quit game option to make sure my 1000 ticket gave me something nice (Hell I didn't get wheelbarrows of cheap credits and XP and free car tickets like you lot.) And my 1000 tciket would produce something nice every time... if it didn't I quit the game and my old 1000 ticket was safe. This bagged me loads of nice nice cars.

I've since updted to version 2.06 and cahed in myy old 1000 tciket and got a 96 silvia K aero thing...in puplish blue!!

I quit as usual - but alas I seem to have this car forever... However the thumbnail of the car is invisible in my garage - which is interesting.
 
Ferrari Enzo :) Getting good luck with my tickets lately.

The only one I've had to reset for was the Level 22 ticket, which took me a few tries to get something I didn't already have (Ford GT LM Test Car).
