only problem now is that the washing machine is on and it has a habit of tripping the power which and cutting the power to the house really hope it doesnt!!!!

If you use a UPS any time you do enduros, then there is little need to worry about power problems.
You can buy a new Windows 98/Me era UPS (ones without a USB port) for next to nothing now.

The most I've left mine on for is 72 hours. Unlike Xbox 360, they don't overheat!

I think my record is somthing around 6-7 months

But last night, after maybe 4-5 hours of non-stop Forza, my X-box felt sooo hot...

i agree i have noticed with high mile used cause they dont seem to be as shiny,i might end up with a black M5 at this rate(using a white one) and i dread to think of the hp loss

I really would fear that the PS2 let me down midway through .... great job so far!

This whole thing made me think if there would be enough people willing to do the same thing except that it would be ASPECcing some 100.000 miles on Nür or Le Mans. With 20 people or so, two weeks in the summer ....

its been on x3 so that would be around 6 weeks!! apec

no need to worry,thunder storm was pretty bad but luckily the power didnt go out
stuck my video camera in movie mode and left it in the front room,here was a screenshot

its started to run around 5-10 seconds slower but they lap timing stopped after 100hours

yo dude just some friendly advise i think you should go out and save it like every couple thousand miles just incase your ps2 crashes or something.... or better yet save it and give it a few hours break every few days..... i just cant see a ps2 going weeks with out stopping and not being affected....again just some friendly advise

its not going off till it passes 100,000 miles the whole point was too see how far it could go in one go
