2.06 Bug Tracker

While hosting free run rooms I found a glitch on custom Toscana tracks (it could be on others too). Some people see the track as being dark when it hasn't gotten dark yet.

I found that by resetting the track it fixed itself for one of my friends, I didn't test a full room.

These days I've been unable to get to the Nurburgring 24h track. When I click to get in the track, the black screen with GT logo on the down right of the screen appears and stays there forever (just like in online races). Tried to join an online race the other day in a Nurburgring GP circuit (forgot the variant) and the circuit also didn't load. It's proably related, although I didn't have any problems with the Nurburgring Nordschelife.

Did a search but no results...:nervous:

Matmut Peugeot LMP premium - X-ray mirror!

I was on arcade mode doing a 15 lap Sarthe race in cockpit view. Whenever a car behind appeared in the cockpit rearview mirror, the outer shell would disappear, showing the driver, steering wheel and car interior.

Don't know if this is a bug. It has never happened to me before in this car and I use it a lot.

If this has been talked about already then please ignore this post.

Peace G73

Is:
1) The premium (1969?) Z28 Camaro's clock still one hour fast?

2) The Alfa 8C's speedo still miscalibrated?

I think I've encountered a new bug too:

I've been doing 1 430PP FF seasonal for each of the past few days with my 'Rocco R. I checked the car in garage after completing the series for the first time today and noticed that it only had 1 race win and 51.7 km which seems a bit low for 5 many-lap race wins. Money and completion status was correct though.

The Alfa 8C is in USA with MPH speedometer, but it was come from Italy because this car with limited 500 units.

P.S. I have little mess up with grammar if I am wrong or right?

Somewhat better way to write this based on what you were trying to say

Can someone explain this?
IMAG0282.jpg

Its the stock torque split on the premium R32

For the Alfa 8C:

At indicated 120 mph, actual speed is 222 kph.

At indicated 150 mph, actual speed is 275 kph.

So I guess it's a bug, and I remember it being there possibly since the game was launched.
I find it weird that this problem, the rear wheels lack of offset and the inactive tripmeter has not been brought up since the car must be driven during the grand tour special event.
(Only the wonky speedo is a proper bug though.)

Can I also report for premiums:

1) The M5's wheels having too much wheelbase compared with the body causing them to stick into the respective front and rear bumpers. (Standard version does not have the problem.)

2) Both front and rear wheels of the '08 Civic Type-R being too far back, especially the rears. (Cousin has one so I know it looks funny in GT5. Also many on the streets of S'pore.)

3) The S15 Silvia having insufficient track width causing the left and right wheels to be too close together and look oddly narrow. Compare it with the standard version where the wheels are almost flush with the wheel archs.

Edit: Sorry, but these are not specific to 2.06. They have been like this since launch.

I just encountered a glitch that was unfamiliar: the host left and I became host even though I was second in the room. Anybody know what happened?

Maybe you are the most suitable host

Seen it many updates ago... Pretty sure the servers are messed up again... Mostly Sony's (which there are problems reported with their servers)

There's a bug with the DLC track: in online lobbies, the track names aren't capitalized, and I've heard reports that some sections of the track are unavailable in online mode.

here's an annoying one too. When you load the track you want to play in time trials, the leaderboards come up etc.. The camera use to give you different looks at the track, and the words and stuff all disappeared. I think this has been changed sometime before 2.06 but it's still there, and it kinda blows, but oh well. I"d rather have the sound issue fixed /

Speakin of the sound issue again. I also notice when watching the replay in the chase cam(behind car) that sound glitch is there as well. Forward facing or watching in rear view mode, the rear speakers are cut off.. REALLY, HOW COULD THEY DO THIS? Also this terrible glitchy sound when you hit a car or one hits you, or hit the wall even, it's like the entire sound is distorted. it's TERRIBLE> It's going to make me move away from the game. THIS is unacceptable!!

Well, atleast PD fixes problems unlike EA who just releases a game and then moves to the next one without any fixing.:grumpy:

i've encountered a glitch where changing racing rain tires to racing hard/soft tires in Ferrari F1s leaves the racing rain tires on and gives you some weird feeling of the car, but if you watch the replay or restart the race, it says the tire swap was done

The Volvo C30 R-Design depicted in GT5 comes default with a 5-speed GearTronic transmission. So theoretically, adding the 6-speed CRT or FCT makes 6th gear appear as the driving gear for normal driving, as far as the dash cluster is concerned. The car does come with a 6-speed manual, but that's not the one they chose to use.

Something is really wrong with the cockpit perspective of the premium Dodge Challenger 70'
The dashboard seems to have wrong LOD settings, so you have a weird looking low poly dash with lots of strange shadows right in front of you. If you race-mod the car the error goes away.

Can somebody confirm this?

yes, it looks like a 2d background dash with a 3d steering wheel, the same happens with the ferrari 330 p4
