If thats the case then why dont you purchase credits honestly as an example to your family of honesty no disrespect but there is a honest way to do that versus exploiting a game
Oh, Internet, you did it again...
LOL

If you think it is fair then why don't you donate to his cause? Let's see, how much does 20 million credits cost?
Vasiliflame do what you have to do for your boy. No need to defend yourself. 👍
Now every scrub has a chrome Veyron online!
This kind of thing ruined GTA 5 online, you guys are so lazy.
The BMW M4 was already found in the game prior to the live update, unless my game is just behind, since this is the 3rd patch i've had to download while others had reported downloading 3 prior.Or to introduce the BMW M4, or to do any number of other things.
In GT5 I had credits coming out my ears. With Seasonal Event winnings, I had to buy up every car possible so my earnings weren't just evaporating with the 20m credit limit. Now, I'm looking at the NSX Concept model at 1m credits and thinking how the hell am I ever even going to buy that, much less any of the higher end cars?
I understand it wasn't like that in the beginning, but it also wasn't THIS bad. It's obvious that PD and Sony are trying to make people pay real money for in-game credits to purchase cars. Sorry, I refuse to be nickle and dimed by a game that I already spent $60 to purchase. It wasn't like that from the beginning. In GT5 there was also grinding for money. First there was oval grinding method with x2010, then online grinding on SSR7 with glitching, then Seasonal Events came, they were giving quite a lot of money, but only once a week (or two maybe?) at the beginning. Later when payouts in Seasonal Events became adjustable with PP difference, then the payouts got really big. But it was like 2 years after game release?
I made an assumption that gamedata wasn't "special" however I didn't try it as it hadn't crossed my mind til the 3rd time round... but can you not just hit triangle and copy the file like everything else on the XMB?
Even if they patch this out, whats preventing someone that never updated from 1.0 straight off the disc of doing this multiple times and then deciding to finally update to 1.02 or whatever after they got all the cars they wanted? I'm sure there are ways but I don't see how they could do this without affecting people that got cars legitimately without doing the update. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out.
I need to be let in on this secret, lol 8 hours a day then get home, wife, dogs, dinner, toilet's busted. After all that I get to run maybe 30 min before I go to be to get up at 5 and do it all over again...Still grinding away myself. I refuse to take advantage of any glitches at this point. Not saying that I won't in the future, but just having fun progressing through the game for right now. I have more time on my hands than the average player though, so I can understand other's frustration with the credit payouts, ect.
So the 1.01 update is needed for this glitch to initially work? Not possible for those who have never updated in the first place? They can just pull 1.01 from the servers and force you to update to 1.02 directly.

On non-hacked PS3 you can install updates only from official Sony's servers. So, if update will be pulled then glitch is gone. Well, unless you have 2 PS3 where one will keep v1.01 update, or something like PSN version + BD version. Or as ultimate solution jailbroken PS3. Anyway, it's not a general case already.Even if they patch this out, whats preventing someone that never updated from 1.0 straight off the disc of doing this multiple times and then deciding to finally update to 1.02 or whatever after they got all the cars they wanted? I hope they do something for the people who didn't use the glitch (if that's even possible). The game economy makes it very tempting to use.
Ahhh gothca, I was not aware of that.Yes as it's the only way to get the Vision cars.

Edit: sorry, back to topic
In 2 minds about doing this.
On one hand it would be nice to have all the cars I wanted now and all the money in the world to tune them. Plus micro-transactions are the s*** stain on modern gaming.
But on the other hand this is the only racing game I'll have for literally years until GT7, and I do want to have something to aim for in the long term.
So, you want to be disabled like I am? I'll gladly trade you my life, or lack of, for yours. Be careful what you wish for there friend, its not all cocktails and dreams just because I have more time than most. Just playing the cards dealt to me.
You don't need two PS3s. I think you can get away with just two hard drives/SSDs.On non-hacked PS3 you can install updates only from official Sony's servers.
