Then who gets the boot and where do they go? DC has been with Red Bull since Day One, but Webber has pretty much upstaged him this year. They're both two of the oldest drivers on the grid, which is a point agains them ... aand one of them has to go in order to make way for Alonso (assuming he does go to the Austrian outfit).Red Bull it is then. Probably.

Who gets the chop?
Webber to McLaren maybe. He always qualifies well, it would certainly give McLaren/LH a boost to have his team mate up there with him when the lights turn green on a Sunday afternoon. Or perhaps a return of DC to McLaren as a mentor for Lewis?
I'm positively sure Alonso would really want to go back to Renault, its like the team he win his 2 Championships with as well as working well with Flavio Briatore.
I think these reports were already denied, Alonso can go to any team. But according to reports, McLaren will only let him drive for a non-manufacture team. So unless he takes a sabatical?
How about:
Heikki > Mclaren
Webber > Renault
Alonso > Redbull
?
GO TO WILLIAMS! Tell them all Ferrari and McLaren secrets and make the most stupendously competitive car EVAR!
Nakajima ends one of the more highly contested seats..

Mark HughesIts easy to see why it took him (Heidfeld) so long to get proper recognition. He's got a quiet, verging on weedy, demeanour. There is nothing remotely swashbuckling about him. He's never going to be someone with a buzz of energy around him, the sort who inspires his team to follow his lead; that's just not his personality. But on a good day, he's got all the speed of those sort of guys-and when the opportunity presents itself, has the ballsy racecraft too.
No way. Sutil will be at Toyota if Toyota doesn't suck.
Somehow I doubt it. Toyota are pushing pretty hard for Glock, although the contract recognition board has slowed down proceedings there. Perhaps theyll have to give up on the idea of Glock. Although Im not sure why theyre so keen for him; Glock has been unimpressive in both F1 and Champ Car in the past, and I dont think he has suddenly jumped up to the skill level of previous GP2 champions this year.
I think he was the best of a poor field, to be honest.

It's not totally true Blake. In the first half 2006 GP2 season, he had a crappy car and when he jumped to iSport and inmediatly he could win races, podium etc etc...
In 2007 he had his share of bad luck. couple of times take out by drivers, SC came out of the worst moment. He even was taken out at Spa in the warm up lap. I think that Glock is capable of being a good driver.
Gascoyne threatens to quit over Ralf link
Sucks even more to be the audiences and teams who have to deal with his antics and proclamations of extraordinary talent.
They didn't in 2005
