How is it relevant?

Who's blaming anyone?

Your posts have sounded that you would like to see a change in some way to remedy the Vettel problem for next season. I'm not sure where that change could take place, because Mr. Vettels lap times have simply been off the charts compared to Webbers. F1 can't just impose a restriction on the RedBull design in order slow them for more excitement. F1 is not gonna go backwards and remove that R&D spending cap. The teams need to do some brainstorming and not develop chassis parts like hotcakes. I'm kind of happy to see Ferarri have been in a struggeling position. It makes for better competition overall. The only thing I've always wished for, is that the struggeling team get a BIT of break by getting hints on where their cars have the biggest flaws, but that would effectively rob the top teams of their millions spent on their work.

Anyway, let's see what this race brings.

Alonso to jump four places on race start and win while blocking both Red Bulls and Mclarens? One can dream, right?

And it almost happens! Fernando punts Webber and Vettel loses a rear tire! How did that happen?

Now Alonso takes Button down a peg. Hamilton leads, Alonso second... for now.

Only if you chronically misread them... I haven't even suggested there's a "Vettel problem"!

if he wins one of the last two races, it'll be through team orders.

And it won't be in this race...

Apparently he cut tire going over a curb... but Vettel is now a lap down. Poor boy. Maybe now he'll get more TV coverage?

Alonso having a crackling race!

And somehow, unnoticed, Kobayashi has jumped several places in the midfield. Senna in for a nose.

Vettel is out due to damage to his rear right! His luck has ran out at last! Hope this race becomes better without him. Finally someone will win who is not Vettel.

I'm loving the new 2012 rules, trialled in this race.

Paragraph 9-1(a) - Vettel must Start the race on part worn remoulds, bought from Johnny down the pub.

More overtaking these first few laps than in the entire race last year. Webber takes Button takes Webber. Status quo.

Button will have to keep his nose down to keep Webber and Massa bottled up. Meanwhile, Alonso and Hamilton are putting in great laps. Maybe things will go better for Button when the sun goes down.

Vettel looks absolutely gutted. He may be way out in front in the championship stakes, but the boy really loves to race.

I ain't even mad!

This would've been a great opportunity to shut up the haters with a great comeback. But oh well.:)

Hopefully this will still be a good race.👍

Looks like he might have had that puncture since the start.

Part of me knows exactly why Vettel is upset, yet the other part of me is thinking "It doesn't even matter. He's won already..."

It isn't haters, its just not as interesting having the same person win every race (but credit to him for doing so).

The hater's thing is getting quite boring now.

Unfortunate to get a puncture, but I was hoping his floor was fine, so he could all out the entire race.

This. Would have been a really good time to shut all the haters up, although I'm sure they'd just find something else to hate on him about.

For a driven racer like Vettel, enough is never enough. Vettel wanted to hit Schumacher's win record.

Worryingly for Red Bull, Webber has some flapping bodywork underneath... they might actually finish this race with no points...

That's allowing Button to pull clear... and he's setting fastest laps now...
