Which isn't really that much worse than the current racing on the cookie cutter tracks. :indiff: Even with the proposed engine rule changes, the big teams will figure ways to get the power back.

Could someone PLEASE put us out of our misery and wreck the 54 car PLEASE. I usually love Monster Energy but Busch has gone too far

Folks, Big Hoss certainly is. A rough scale of the thing from the front stretch grandstands (it's over the back stretch) is that it is like looking at a 32" from 8-10 feet away.

Rockingham doesn't make money, TMS does, and Eddie Gossage know how to bring in crowds. Knowing how Mother Nature is to us, I expect to see/hear that a storm tears it up in the near future.

what a stupid name.

but Eddie Gossage is silly iun gebneral though. so nbo surpruise tyhey pick such a stupid name.

terrible track i want rockingham back.

FTFY.

With the possibility of rain threatening to end the race at any time after halfway, we might get another great race from beginning to end. I hope it rains every week, if the drivers will actually race hard every lap.

We had the Nationwide race Friday night but the Sprint Cup was scheduled for Sunday afternoon rather than Saturday. Can someone explain to me the logic behind that? :boggled:

Would clash with Final 4 held in Dallas last night

NASCAR hasn't ran a Saturday day race in about 13 years now.

Would clash with Final 4 held in Dallas last night

Which is why they are pushing (and hoping) the race goes off at noon with no hitches.

Assumed that was the case but it's sad how NASCAR has to cede just about all major US sports.
Yet they still don't run the Chase on Saturday nights, where they wouldn't get killed in the ratings by competing directly with the NFL.
