Yeah that is what they just said to me, if I understood it correctly. It's like a safety car that picks up the leader and everyone else bunch up behind gaining up to a full lap for those that was about to be lapped.

Sorry but just to b clear with it, when someone loose connection we stop on turn 1 and wait 15 mins.
Now if leader is 5 secs to finish line on lap 6 ( will start 7th lap ) and last car is at the beginning of lap 6, if disconnection have place then last car just gain whole time from lap 6 and will start after leader again?

Correct, the field restarts in the order that they cross the line after the leader and the last lap they completed is recorded and added to the total when they finish.

Saturday we will do last minute checks while the support races will be running to make sure everything is in order.

I was actually thinking that if people can log on to one Skype account on multiple computers at the same time, we could just have one Skype account for the stewards. Just like how each team only has one Skype account. If this works, then any Steward would people to send a message and it would simply be displayed as from "N24 Race Control" for example.

I'll be attempting to see if this is a possibility tonight. If not, then we'll just have to do it the normal way.

I was thinking about the same but it'll look suspicious if I'll call sick coz I've booked 22-23 as holiday.

Hey guess what? You CAN log in on one Skype account with multiple computers at the same time! It handles calls weirdly, but we won't be doing any calls though. I have created the Skype name N24RaceControl, which should display as N24 Race Control once added. All stewards can simply log into this one account for the race. I'll just need a new private conversation here on GTP so we can figure out the password details for it and to share it with all stewards.

With this, we can log in and only have one account that needs to do adding instead of a whole bunch of different steward accounts.

@memto89 Is there a post that displays all steward GTP and PSN names?

@Peelster1. If you wish to use that as your account that is fine, however;

All stewards must use different skype accounts.

This is to ensure that it is easy for the stewards to privately discuss a penalty with each other before delivering a verdict publicly.

I need conformation that all of you guys are caught up and aware of what is going on, Please make sure you have read through all the information provided as it is designed to make this event run as smoothly as possible.

Also GORE will be hosting the event, this means 2 things

1. GORE will be opening the lobby and setting everything up (under my supervision) spec check will be done by them as well
2. Hopefully much smoother internet making a much smoother race with no disconnections.

Really great advert. Just one point of clarification through. The grid lines for pole position are on the LEFT at the Ring (outside for T1)? In the demo the P24 car was on the right. Which is it please?

its meant to be odds on the left and evens on the right... there was a hitch when it came to lining up but that won't be the case with the runs tonight

@the_proffs @Phouchg I have just sent a FR from my Gadget333 account to your Gothic_Rcng_Empire team account. I have done this because this account will be used to provide the second Livestream Feed (Timing Screens) during the GTPN24. Expect a FR from jonnyb1990 (main Livestream feed) and the stewards as well seeing you are confirmed as Host for the event.
