2015 Grand Prix de Monaco - All Results in OP

Kind of a bad track map, here's a better one.

Both youngsters seem pretty fast, also it needs to be said that this is the first time ever Verstappen is driving here. But I don't think most of the "old" ones took a lot of risk in this session, so it's hard to say what those times are worth. They should get a confidence boost for this track at least.

Merhi brings out the reds as he has the famous out-of-the-tunnel bobble-on.

EDIT: And while the teams wait for green... it starts to rain.

Jenny-lynn Palmer (or whatever she's called) is properly hard work as the Sky Commentary Team's Expert Guest. Even less to say out of the car than in.

EDIT: Very little wet (or inter) running, a few cars out at the end but mostly a quiet FP2.

Ah, see now, people may complain that the race is "boring" and too much of a parade...and while it may be guilty of that, I still see the excitement of them simply driving around the track. I still find it insane they race here. I find the drama of the races here a bit more exciting than the actual rare overtakes we get to see. Everything leading up to it is kind of part of the whole entertainment. Qualifying really feels like it means something here.

Perhaps I try too hard to find positives in this race. Besides Monza and COTA, Monaco is one of my favorite races of the year.

I'm not excited about the race as I used to be. I am going to attend the event no doubt. I wanted to go 2 years ago but, maybe next year or 2017.

I do love Monaco but it's not for the race itself, the session I like the most in monaco is Qualifying. Nothing beat a clean qualifying session in Monaco for me. Especially when drivers I like perform good. Those inside view cam

Sadly for Jules, it doesnt seems to go in the good way for him. I really hope for a miracle for both him and Schumi. Head injuries are the worst really.

Because its VES and not VPN.... doh!

I know,so?

So it seems a little dense...I was unsure if you were aware of it.

The survey is already in a dedicated thread, but thank you.

As to Verstappen's indicator, I can find you a BBC F1 email if you're really interested in their choice.error? Not my fault :D

It's both a rumour, and I've been shown the incident at a Marshal's training day. Put it this way, you don't really want a source for the video.

Not defending Maldonado (a job that nobody would take on) but, after reading up on it, Maldonado and the driver following him said no flags were shown as they approached the accident zone. Is there a source for the inquiry?

Lewis is on point this weekend. Even last weekend with his bad setup and bogus start issue he still could fight for a win barring strategy. This is looking good for him so far this weekend. Hopefully Kimi can get up there too.

So, McLaren-Honda has never been beaten on the streets of Monaco, and the only Engine-Team partnership at that, according to the F1 Show. Nice feat that will unfortunately, barring an absolute miracle, come to an end this year. :(

Raikkonen in the barrier... ouch, looked hard.

Marshall's flags have gone red in sympathy.

EDIT: Didn't look such a hard slap on the replay, on the power and rear left into the wall on the exit of St. Devote.
