If there was more cloud cover here I wonder If I could broadcast the race to my city with a powerful projector.

Reminds me of that Corona commercial :P

Well, the IMSA stream is working as well as usual. I would be willing to pay for a stream if any of these 🤬 knew how to provide one!

I have to admit- the live stream is pretty good. I still wish that NASCAR would use their leverage to get FOX to stop showing a bazillion commercials during their coverage. If they can get the NASCAR races to not have a ton of them, then they should be able to do the same with the TUSC.

But...but...the money! :(

As much as I hate them, they are a bit of a necessary evil as if it wasn't for all the commercials during the TV periods we probably would be able to watch it right now.

BTW.. you guys could use browser extensions to see the imsa stream if you are region locked. Stuff like Hola For Chrome comes to mind.

The stream is no longer region locked and will probably remain that way until the end.

I know that, but even the NASCAR coverage doesn't go to commercials after about 5-10 minutes of coverage. Now, to be fair,NASCAR's audience is larger than that of the TUSC, but it still becomes an irritating reality after a while.

Well NASCAR races are only 4-5 hours of coverage with a much larger audience, the 24 hours of Daytona has 15 hours of coverage with a smaller audiance, therefore to make money (just speculating, correct me if I'm wrong) they have to air commercials more often since the ratings are less and paid programming may be compromised due to this race.

I don't think it's fair to have a higher displacement than 5.0L in GTD. That viper is ridiculous and is making the rest of the cars look as if they are walking.

I don't know, the Aston was holding its own. The Z4 of course is already at a disadvantage when it comes to top end so its hardly a surprise that it again appears to be the case. The Audi and Porsches I'm not sure, I don't recall either being all that competitive.

That battle for the lead in GTLM was pretty crazy with all that traffic.
