2015 UBS Chinese Grand Prix

I honestly dont understand all the discussion about the Nico-Lewis problem

If Lewis was too slow, overtake him or put enough pression on him so that he have to run faster, if you can't do that, then dont complain. There's no team order as far as we know so he could have make a move or push Lewis more.

Like I've read in an article I think Rosberg is fearing to become the n° 2 drivers since Ferrari are getting closer and not beenig able to race as he want anymore because of more competition.
Funny how 2 races can change someone. I remember the big smile Rosberg had at the end of Australia where nothign was a big deal and where he was hoping some competition with Ferrari. Now in the china interview pre-race he said he hope they are ahead of Ferrari enough so that they dont get bothered by them.

Basically, everything Nico has said suggests he doesn't understand the concept of racing.

Lewis was looking after his car, he was told to hit a lower lap time so he did, he was then told to hit an even lower time otherwise Nico would be given pit priority so he did, if anything it's Lewis who should be complaining because Nico was pitted first despite what was said on the radio but he seemed fine with it.

Nico was pitted first to cover the undercut, it's the obvious thing to do if you have a one-two.

I thought the best parts of the race were Kimi on the radio.

The top three were just playing high speed chess with Rosberg and Vettel not wanting to take chances due to wearing out their tires.

The press conference was awkward for mercedes to say the least. Nico's comments were funny. Lewis gave him that look like "seriously"? Like he said, Nico could have tried to pass if Lewis was that slow. I just dont get how Nico's explanation works out.

Now he got what he hoped for..

I hope that you can give us a challenge. Because it’s important for the sport and for the fans. And I do think about the show. I want to give people a great time at home watching on TV or at the track. If you do come a bit closer, that would be awesome for everybody.

So there's probably more people watching F1 in Finland than in the US, and that with 1/60 the size of the population.

There are only 200,000 people with the channel that shows the live broadcasts here, and I'm pretty sure that not all of them actually watch the race, so I guess it's pretty close, between us and the US.

The US does have a huge disadvantage though, this race happened at around 1-4 AM, also it is on a high tier (which means only available on a higher price TV package) cable channel in a country that has little interest in the sport.

Hey guys. I'm not criticizing. I always knew that F1 was not big in US, I'm just a little surprised to see how small it actually is.

Hilarious that Lewis is getting flack for spraying a podium girl with champagne. It's like some people have never seen any race ever.

Two words: Daliy Fail.

They could make a story about a guy making a coffee for a woman sound sexist. ( wouldn't be surprised if that actually happened TBH. )

For races that aren't on during the middle of the night, the ratings are typically more than 500k, and ratings have been steadily increasing since NBCSN gained coverage. Can't say the same for other markets and their F1 ratings.
