Man City close to signing Claudio Bravo.

Bournemouth sign Marc Wilson.

Burnley are looking at Steven Defour to fill the central midfield role.

AC Milan are interested in Jose Sosa, Diego Alves and Mangala.

Chelsea 2-1 West Ham, Hazard penalty early in the second half, Collins equalizer from a corner and then Costa's winner just a few minutes from time, Costa really should not have been on the pitch to score that as he made a nasty challenge on Adrian when he was on a booking and that tackle was a straight red IMO.

Conte's celebrations after the winner and at the final whistle were brilliant!

Dalian Atkinson - former Aston Villa, Wednesday, Manchester City and Real Sociedad striker - has died aged 48 after being tased by police at his home in Telford at around 3am today...

Very shocked to hear that. I read that he was at his dad's house and was causing a disturbance and possibly "inebriated". The police were called and Atkinson was tasered when he started "stumbling towards" the police. In the article I'm linking it is also claimed by an eyewitness that the police kicked him too.

He hit the floor like a stone and died of a cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital.

Beeb

Edit: The article has been updated since I read it yesterday; Atkinson's nephew says that Dalian was undergoing kidney dialysis and this might explain his weak heart.

Bit an obvious one but it looks like Joe Hart wont be a City player by the end of the month.

Valencia sign Mario Suarez from Watford.

Fiorentina sign Cristian Tello from Barcelona.

Burnley have broken their transfer record to capture Steven Defour.

It looks like Morata will be kept at Madrid and won't be sold on as he gets the #21 shirt.

I will be posting the weekends games tomorrow simply because of the first Friday night game of 10 this season on Friday.

Sadio Mane has been reportedly taken to hospital to have his right shoulder assessed after injuring it in training.

After missing out on Vietto, Barcelona have turned their attentions to Paco Alacer.

AC Milan sign Jose Sosa on a 2 year deal.

Mahrez signs a new contract extension of 4 years.

Aston Villa sign Jedinak on a 3 year deal.

Watford could be signing Roberto Pereyra.

Riyad Mahrez signs new four year deal at Leicester, this week goes from bad to worse for Arsenal...

@lxmmy Do you just post vidiprinter updates? You should start one of those Twitter accounts which report 'exclusive' transfer news.

---

Remember these classic games in the qualifiers for the 1994 World Cup?

Romania 2-1 Wales
(Paul Bodin's penalty miss)

San Marino 1-7 England
(San Marino's 8 second opener)

Northern Ireland 1-1 Ireland
(The most hostile game at Windsor Park)

France 2-2 Israel
(Ginola costs France a place in the finals)

Well, astonishingly, all of those games took place on the same night: 17th November 1993.
I found this Guardian piece on that spectacular night. Well worth a read.

Too many Twitter and Media sources already out there which splurges out absurd rumours but the ones I post on here are which looks to be happening in my eyes. But this transfer window has been really good one with the addition of new owners/managers taking place at a few big clubs so it has been fun keeping tabs on rumours.

Leeds sign Pontus Jansson on loan.

In other news, Joey Barton launched a staggering attack on myself today in his bid to remain relevant after getting tore apart by Hamilton and Dundee players, bit Harsh Joey...I'm only 23!

So here are the games for this weekend.

Friday Night
Man United v Southampton (8pm Sky)

Saturday
Burnley v Liverpool
Leicester v Arsenal (5.30 BT)
Stoke v Man City (12.45 Sky)
Swansea v Hull
Watford v Chelsea
West Brom v Everton

Sunday
Sunderland v Middlesbrough (1.30 Sky)
West Ham v Bournemouth (4pm Sky)

Man United 2-0 Southampton, two goals from Zlatan, one was a great header from an equally great Rooney cross, the second a penalty, United played some really good stuff and it all looks very promising, Valencia and Fellaini looked like players reborn under Jose, Pogba played the whole game and looked great too, very happy right now! Southampton had some decent chances but never troubled De Gea, they lack a clinical edge and miss Pelle badly.

Roberto Pereyra has now joined Watford. A great addition to the team, bags of pace and ability to get behind the defensive line.

Crystal Palace have reached an agreement for Benteke.

We cannot defend this season, but we can score. We beat Wigan 4-3 today, never being more than a goal ahead at any point.

18 goals in our 4 games this season.

I know this feeling, Celtic have scored 14 goals their past 3 competitive games (across 3 different competitions ironically) but in the past 2 games have conceded 2 goals in each game during a 10 minute crazy spell. It's just odd!

Swansea :indiff::indiff::indiff:

Also they beat Arsenal last week and now lost to Burnley, the Liverpool way....

Joel Campbell has joined Sporting Lisbon on loan.

What is Wenger doing?!? Campbell has been on form through pre-season and definitely could of been an good asset to Arsenal's season.

I don't think anyone really knows what Arsene Wenger is doing these days....

For you Swansea fans, Leon Britton has signed a 1 year contract extension plus Michu has completed a move to Real Oviedo.

Barcelona are looking to replace Bravo with Ajax Cillessen.

Britton siging an extension is nice but we really need/want is a quality defender to replace Ashley Williams, or try to replace him!
