The Pegasus Morgan is getting the drinking game started early.

Where on earth was he going?
REMINDER:

Following on from @Bo last year, this is my current list of criteria for the GTP Le Mans Drinking Game:

~Single (Boring & Frequent)
~Every time a GTE Ferrari is off.
~Camera shows a mechanic sleeping
~The CLM Audi rip-off is shown in the garage.
~Tracy Krohn
~An LMP1 breaks down.
~Any time Rebellion are mentioned overtaking a Hybrid.
~Any reference to Garage 56.
~References to Ford's GT40. In any way.
~Fox Sports goes for an advert break.
~DHH goes on a twitter rant
~Every time an american pronounces "Mulsanne" as "Muhl-sane".

~Double (Less frequent)
~A LMP2 Ligier spins.
~A LMP1 hits an LMP2.
~A Porsche LMP1 hits a Porsche GTE.
~Tracy Krohn involved in an accident not his fault.
~Corvette & Aston Martin rivalry from GT1 referenced.
~Eurosport goes for adverts.
~Night time shot shows sparks flying from those stupid GTE diffusers.
~Any commentator mentions how this is better than F1. (stating the obvious though)
~Eurosport ad breaks cut commentary.
~Any reference to the last year of current LMP2 rules.

~Triple (rare)
~The CLM is shown at full racing speed.
~Tracy Krohn is shown overtaking for position.
~Mark Webber being mentioned as a #1 driver.
~DHH goes on a twitter rant that makes sense
~A GTE Ferrari isn't at fault for a crash it's involved in.

~Quadruple (get smashed m8)
~Someone says 2017 LMP2 regulations idea's are a good idea.
~Someone refers to IMSA 2017 regulations as "Dots Per Inch".
~You get a twitter shout-out.
~Someone mentions that thing called GT Academy
~Someone says the Nissan GTR LM was a success.
~Neville Haye's Eurosport commentary doesn't send you to sleep (I love the guy, hugely knowledgeable but his voice induces sleepiness)
~Eurosport commentators make "WOAHHHHHHHHHHH" sound effects.

How come the Corvette can compete in both IMSA and Le Mans then?
Because it is built to GTE spec both the Z4 and M6 aren't.

A few years ago when BMW ran their imsa spec M3 that was on the basis they would sort it for next year they didn't hence why the ACO won't entertain their P1 programme.

So IMSA's GTLM allows both GTE and GT3, or is there more to GTLM?

REMINDER:

The number of incidents is too damn high.

Wouldn't be a bad idea for the weekend if things keep going the way they are.

Going along with the sandbagging Ferds, the turbo Ferraris are also mixed in with them.

All the non-aspirated cars is getting the shaft right now.

I think Ford has played this brilliantly. They figured that tonight was likely to be the fastest session and took advantage of their strategy not to show all of their cards until now. The odds that anybody will risk trying to beat those times is minimal and if they get a BoP change they are fast enough to switch to Eco mode and go extra stops on tires and a extra lap on fuel and still win the race.

Everyone was sandbagging. Most the teams can and will go faster, weather permitted. But I think they're waiting for a better track or don't want anymore negative bop. Sarrazin said to eurosport they haven't gone for it yet, but want to. All the while they want to focus on race setup.

Tomorrow is the coffee day. I need to stay up for some 20 hours to be able to watch the whole race on weekend. Man, endurance racing is hard.

Thankfully, the girlfriend is onboard with my madness.

I think the Fords should be disqualified for manipulating with their car's pace or "Sandbagging" to gain such an advantage by avoiding any BoP adjustments 👎

Everybody does it, nobody plays fair in racing as they'd never win anything. Sandbagging is just another way to gain the unfair advantage.

You don't like them sandbagging but you're happy to have then race in a car that shouldn't be able to race. In case you hadn't notice no GT road cars have been delivered to customers yet.
