That was incredibly anticlimactic.:banghead:. Where was the communication between Nakajima and his team? I was expecting Jani to come in hot and meet up neck and neck coming into the home stretch. I cannot fathom how horrid Toyota must be feeling to not push it for the last lap.

This is my first time watching the 24h race since 2009, I finally got behind a manufacturer that had potential to snatch a maiden victory, only to have the victory cruelly snatched from them. Those melancholy faces in the Toyota paddock will stay with me for a while.

Last 5 minutes will down as Le Mans' greatest moment, the mixture of emotions during that period of time.

Ok, now that the #5 crossed the finish line I'm in tears. Seeing the crowd clapping...Hughes de Chaunac about to kill himself...****. This is absolutely soul-crushing.

Le Mans...she never ceases to excite and amaze! Good spending the day/night/day with you all here at the planet, but I am toast. I have been up for 25 of the last 29 hours...I gotta get some sleep 👍

In any case, as much as I (and many others) wanted Toyota to be victorious...
Congratulations to Porsche! They still deserve an applause.

Don't worry, give it a few more Le Mans and you'll be arguing with the rest of us, being a fan of this race changes you...

I never hoped that much that someone will be disqualified in the end.
I can't be happy for Porsche, I just can't. Toyota is getting screwed over since decades and a god damn VAG car wins again. This is not fair, just not fair. Porsche didn't deserve this win as much as Toyota, not even remotely.

My thoughts exactly. There's nothing to celebrate from a gentleman's point of view, you were handled the victory but you were inferior in every respect.

If I was one of the guys in #2 I'd just hand my bitchin' new Rolex to Nakajima and bow down to him.

Fun fact:

The famously Le Mans live streamer in Youtube ends his stream in dissapointment 10 seconds after Porsche crosses the finish line.

Indeed. The whole race felt like a giant middle finger for Toyota and its fans.

I mean I agree Toyota deserved it, but you know Porsche worked just as hard. IT isn't Porsche's fault.
