Yeah, a different floor on the Hulks car giving him a few tenths
What are this weeks lottery numbers?Hamilton gets away with it:

Has their positions been reversed, Grosjean would be starting thirteenth and we wouldn't be having this conversation.
44.What are this weeks lottery numbers?
You really are pathetic. 'Had' the positions been reversed and Grosjean was penalised you would have been moaning about how unfair it all is. You really need to learn to play the situation and not the man.44.
Don't worry if a different number comes out. They'll keep re-drawing the lottery until 44 comes out.
Let's just reverse those positions:The stewards examined video and telemetry evidence and concluded that while GRO may potentially have been affected by the presence of HAM at Turn 16, he was not impeded.
Three place grid penalty! The stewards examined video and telemetry evidence and concluded that while HAM may potentially have been affected by the presence of GRO at Turn 16, he was not impeded.
Not at all. It was an obvious block, and one that should have been penalised regardless of who did it.'Had' the positions been reversed and Grosjean was penalised you would have been moaning about how unfair it all is.
That doesn't excuse him from disregarding the rules. If you block a driver, you take a penalty. It doesn't matter if you're a championship contender, a popular driver, set an impressive lap time or if it's your home race.Hamilton just provided us with one of the the great qualifying laps
It was not an 'obvious block' because 'he was not impeded'. You really are the laughing stock of this section. Not at all. It was an obvious block, and one that should have been penalised regardless of who did it.

According to the FIA, 40% of that sentence is untrue:It was an obvious block

No, Mexico last year was a laughing stock. He made no attempt to make the first corner and wasn't given a penalty for it because he has always been held to a different standard. You really are the laughing stock of this section.
It such a sweet thing to know that Hamilton is one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time, has won 3 x WDC's, will be the greatest qualifier in the history of the sport soon and realise just how much that must affect you. And you deserve it all for your sad, pathetic, obsession with him. Makes me smile. No, Mexico last year was a laughing stock. Someone make a meme of actual ham please!!According to the FIA, 40% of that sentence is untrue:

Less drive out of the corner I guess ? Or maybe the Mercedes engine peaks higher in its rev range.
Oh so it's Hamilton is it? It is his fault. Anybody else? Give him the benefit of doubt until it's looked into.Hamilton gets away with it:

Or different gearing, the ratios are locked in at the beginning of the season.
As for Grosjean: there are some that moan all the time and just continue moaning. If Romain starts asking for penalties for other drivers, look at his track record. He should be happy he's driving in Formula 1.
I imagine the guy from Godzilla is in a back room at FIA headquarters and when these things happen they go to him and all he says is "Let. Them. Race." And that's what happens in my mind. However as we saw with the Vettel incident in Baku the FIA have have a rather more lenient set of rules for championship contenders, so I'm not surprised there's no penalty.
I suppose it's like blue flags - the slower driver has to move aside, but sooner or later they have to take the corner. You cannot ask them to compromise their own lap for the sake of a driver on a flying lap, but at the same time they cannot impede another driver. Since they're on an out-lap, the responsibility rests with them to do it in a responsible manner. Why was it necessary for Hamilton to slow down that much? He had plenty of clear air in front of him; there was no danger that he would encounter someone ahead of him. And why didn't Mercedes warn him that Grosjean was approaching? They have a driver tracker - all the teams do - and could easily let him know that a car was closing in.That angle makes it look better then it is but any race driver would of had to do something to react to what Hamilton did and it would of cost some time.
