What a whacking by Belgium against Tunisia. They are definitely a force to be reckoned with. Unlike Germany who could be eliminated if Sweden scores more goals than them in the next game. Am I right? Then again Sweden are going up against Mexico, a team which has been very strong. I will be interested to see how that game goes, and if Germany advances to the next stage.

@CLowndes888 Assuming Sweden and Germany both win their final games, it will depend on the scores as to who goes through. If both win 1-0, then Sweden, Mexico and Germany would have identical points, goals scored and goals against... I reckon that means Germany go through for scoring 2 against Sweden (a rare example of a 5th option on the tie-break list: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/2018-fifa-world-cup-finals.370234/page-18#post-12371014) and Sweden would go through by virtue of having beaten Mexico.

But as it stands, anyone can still qualify from that group, and anyone can still go out!

Sterling starts for England today... :ouch:

Me and my sausage sandwich are ready to see England draw against Panama...

In all fairness I would actually love to see them do well.

John Stones is the first Manchester City player to score for England in a World Cup Finals since 1982.

Panama clearly aren't there, it's not really an accolade endlessly scoring against a team that's playing worse than children in a playground. I want England to win but this is turning into a joke.

I'd say it was a cricket score except this is likely to be even better than the average England cricket score!

Panama are a shambles and disciplinarily they are also a disgrace.

And remember, in the future even more teams like Panama will be present!
Oh boy! More one-sided games with high scoring!

Yeah. They're part of the cause of their own downfall.

I suspect Panama put the wrong team on the plane!
Do they even have a Rugby team? I'd assume they'd just send these guys.

It has been nice to see a team being tackled without historyonics. England haven't spent the game rolling on the floor in agony after every touch by an opponent. This referee is not afraid of penalising Panama's dirty play.
