Considering he hasn’t made a race this year (his only attempt was the Daytona truck race which he didn’t qualify for), I don’t think anything of value is being lost.

If I put up a "No shirt. No shoes. No service" sign at my business and someone violates it and I kick them out, I was within in my right to do it as a privately owned business. There is no first amendment issue. Like when you join GTP and agree to the acceptable use policy. If you violate the AUP, you can be banned. What rights is NASCAR violating by banning the flag at their venues? That flag is a traitor flag. It's basically a Jolly Roger.

Were those lights... at Martinsville? That race on Wednesday night was pretty unique. Maybe I seem foolish in thinking nearly every course NASCAR races should have lights around them. So I would find it interesting to have night racing around tracks like Martinsville, Dover, and Talladega. Maybe also Pocono. Anyhow, it was a pretty good race last night.
I am thinking the next races around Homestad and Talladega will be a bit more lively with some fan attendance. I'll try to catch as much action as I can.
