I did some rough paper napkin math. Assuming an estimated 50% turnout for 2022(slightly higher than 2018), and a 66% turnout for 2020, it seems that Ronny did fairly well. He would need to get 4.32 million votes (turnout corrected) to equal the 5.7 million. But yes 5.7 is greater than 4.6.

Just a few of my favorite reactions to the anti-climactic "Red Wave."

Yes, I believe God speaks to this grift- sorry, I going to say pastor.

BTW, I know this wasn't supposed to be a thread for political bashing () but could anyone explain to me what a "vast geographic majority" is supposed to be?

Obviously doesn't understand the concept of population distribution. Of Pennsylvania's 13m population, 10m live in the metro areas of the state's 4 largest cities. Why would the qtr of the population, those who live out in the sticks, hold political influence over those urbanites, even if the rural areas cover a much larger proportion of the state.

I forgot to add a /s tag.

I find it interesting how some of the states that voted Republican for the US Senate went for a Democrat governor. There's a few that went the opposite. I wonder what the factors are. Maybe some are incumbents.

Some of the votes were close like Wisconsin. But Kansas was a pretty clear win for Republicans on the senator side, yet the governor vote was much closer.

Trust me, I've been watching it. It has been a real surprise, and that one is about as down to the wire as it can possibly be. Still not 100%.
I hope you're not jinxing it. Let's keep hope alive.

Still a lot of counting left to be done. Boebert needs some kind of deficit more than 60 votes because military overseas votes usually come in last and they're usually tilted red.

Boebert just took the lead back. But apparently those votes came from Otero county, which we were all expecting to help her out, there are still outstanding votes from counties which should put her behind again (hopefully).

Crapo sums it up in one word quite nicely.

Amazing. Doug Mastriano got fewer votes than Oz, who was beaten by a guy who literally suffered a stroke.

@UKMikey looking less and less likely as things go on. Something like 5k votes left to count in Pueblo and an 800 vote lead to overcome.
