I cannot believe he posted a video of what he was going to do, and police investigate and did NOTHING! They're going to have to live with that for the rest of their lives.

Tragic event by and insane, selfish asshole. Finland is a very safe country, so I'm surprised by this event, but insane people can spring up in any country.

You'd have thought they learnt after last time. If they couldn't prosecute him because of the law, then the law needs changing. 10 people dead, horrible. They have to learn from this. Because it was a carbon copy of what happened last time.

Indeed.. RIP.. and he got away with it.. sort of.. he avoided punishment by shooting himself. why he didn't try that first?
