355PP Lightweight K Cup

Managed to win Tokyo r246 with a 260pp Beat Version Z. Probably could go lower, seeing that I took first place at just the midpoint of the 2nd lap, and my line wasn't really perfect with all the AI drifting on the road.

Edit: Won Tokyo Bay Kart at 260pp, with a 6 seconds margin. Got a payout of 866k for just over 4 minutes of racing at 150% bonus.

Huh, I didn't know about Gullwing doors! Anyway, the challenge was very easy but quite fun, as the Mazda is suprisingly tail happy. Only for the karting track I needed to stiffen and lower the suspension in order to beat Cappucino.

Autosam! Did them all in it. Agree about how tail happy it is, a lot of throttle control for such an underpowered little car

doing these now, using honda beat z 93 1st race took 350pp won easy as, think i went to 320pp for 2nd n 3rd races even with a spin on 1 of them still won them both quite easy.

got tokyo and race 5 to do prob just as easy might have to start taking tuning parts off the car to lower pp even further

hello pilots
Photo below is my setup for Rome Circuit, (my car was chosen Suzuki Cappuccino '95 - EA21 r ( 276 pp ) with him in a little over five minutes to win the over 745 000 on this track, the car is totally in hand and with total control in curves, I have helped everyone and thank you
(new setups are welcome)

Just went on and noticed that they've added standard sl300 and z28 to the OCD. Anyone else get them?

I used my trusty Daihatsu Mira TR-XX, tuned to 300pp, and ran away with all the races, except the ones where the EA21 was in pole.

done tokyo today 280pp honda beat Z was like 2 secs infront of the dihatsu concept thing got 1.045.566 credits payout 200% bonus though, might try a bit lower another time :D

After completing all the races in my 300pp Cappucino really easily, I thought I would try a little FF kei car for the first time.. I modded the Suzuki Cervo to 316pp. You guys probably knew already, but I didnt realize it had a 7 spd tramsmission! I kept the standard transmission initially and it kinda startled me when it shifted into 7th! This seasonal was heaps more fun when I got out of the Cappucino.

Would the Honda Z Act be competitive in this event ?

I've had a crack with the Z. Full tune at 80bhp, I added full ballast as mine has stage 3 weight, and came in at 350pp.

Trial Mountain easy win with Midget starting first, I was on CMs but didn't realise.

Rome: took off a part or two to reduce pp to 345 and won by .07x with Midget starting, CS tyre.

GVE: easy win, Midget starting. Same as Rome setup.

Tokyo: back up to 349pp (bhp had dropped to 79), 7secs behind Cappuccino. It wasn't a tidy race but I doubt if I would catch it in 3 laps.

Not done the last race yet.

Haven't used the Z for ages, but still love it and its 10k red line.

It's nice of you to have posted your setup, but you can save yourself a lot of bother (and a lot of space on here) by just posting your settings sheet. :)

I have problems matching my gear settings to match your tune :banghead:
Top speed?

try stock gear, or maximum in 180 KM/H or 111 mph

I understand, thanks for the tip, in the next post only the sheet. order and help everyone, saying that pilots could see a lot more money, but nobody cares to post the setups, it bothers me a bit as far as it got was 900 000 with cappucino on trial montain, have a channel on youtube , the videos are there, so enter ccrbr (without space) already falls on my channel, has setups and much more thanks for posting

Thanks for the setup mate, i look forward to trying it out.

Should call this kart track and the bloody midget is one helluva event.i won 4 track easily and got stuck in kart track until i tweak my cappucino to 88hp,789kg and 355pp with 114kg ballast.very nice event indeed

This Tokyo Bay (Kart) 107A circuit is not a new track, we've already run it before I think.

Yep. It was in the first K-car seasonal from last year. I ran ALOT of laps on that one :dopey:

That's great, as long as no Capuccino at the front, the Z act still can win. I might give it a try, thanks for the infos.

I was able to get all settings as close as possible with Top Speed set to 124. I couldn't set it to 111, only to 112, but then the 3rd-5th gears were off. When I set Top Speed to 124, only the 1st and 4th gear was a little off. (3.474, and 1.051).

NICE! I just got my Beat Version F tuned down to 275pp and won by 7 seconds with it, so I know that can go lower. I tried at 270pp and got 5th, but I had a bad 2nd lap with lots of hold-ups in traffic.

Looks like the 2nd-place car's running about a 7:46 total time, so a 7:45 should be enough for the win.

ETA: After leaving and restarting, a new lineup is in this one, and they're running 7:36 times, and once even a 7:23 total time!

I'm at 170% payout (I skipped a couple days. :( ) and got just over a million credits for 275pp on this one.

Managed to win at Trial Mountain in a 270PP Mira TR-XX R '97. The Cappuccino had to start in 5th or less, in order to be bogged down by the others enough for me to catch up. I ran a 6:19 total time.

GTPlanet to the rescue, again!

Was trying my damndest to beat the kart track in my Autozam; best I could get (and not consistently) was a 49.5xx lap.

Came here, read the thread, learned that I could take my RM Cappucino. SOUNDLY thrashed the track, consistent 48.xxx laps. I almost feel bad now, with how easily I trounced the track in the RM Cap. =p

Surprisingly fun races, but I shouldn't have bought racing clutch, flywheel and some other stuff, since it would be more fun without those extra parts. Anyway, completing it helped me kickstart my A-spec career (about Cr 1,000,000 was more than enough), and improved my skills in driving underpowered cars without ABS.

All in all, it's a great event, especially for novice drivers.

Just finished mine in a Daihatsu OFC-1 Concept '07
91 bhp
355 PP

Great little car for the event

I can't see how people find this one of the easier events.
Neither my Cappuchino RM, nor a 355pp Cappuchino 111R could do the job.
Only on Rome where I won by half a second.
The Cappuchino on Grand Valley is way too fast...

*Just watched youtube.
A guy was also using the Cappuchino 111R, and though he was a little slower than me he had an easier win on Rome.
But he didn't have the other Cappuchino as competition.
Any other cars besides the Cappuchino that I should't race against? (skip and reload)
*with the Cappuchino not starting in first place it can be done easily indeed*

I tried using a Cappucino (EA21R) '95 and couldn't figure out how to spec it (it was still too slow) so, luckily, I had a Copen '02 that I was able to tweak and win with on all races.

This is my Bronze.5 Ghetto Controller driver Daihatsu Copen Detachable Top '02 spec:

PP: 355
Weight: 758 kg
Max Power: 79 HP/5100rpm
Torque: 100ft-lb/3700rpm

Body: Weight reduction stage 1; window weight reduction
Engine: ECU Tuning, Stage 1 Tuning, Power Limiter set to 355 PP
Intake: Sports Manifold and Racing Air Filter
Exhaust: Sports Manifold, Sports Catalytic, Titanium Racing
Turbo: None
Transmission: 1st through 4th gear (All fully left), 5th Gear: Set to 1.000; Final Gear: 5.545, Top Speed: 118
Drive Train: Clutch - Twin; Flywheel - SemiRacing; Std Differential
Suspension & Brakes: Default
Tires: Comfort: Soft

Easy-Mode Spoiler: Do not allow any Cappucinos to enter the races.

Disclaimer: Tuning newb; I only know that if setting gears all the way to the right don't work, I slide them the other way, and see if that works.

Finally won these races, gave up a while ago but won them fairly easy with this car and tune! Thanks!!
