I only say that because USA is half a day behind you guys out there. Mid day for you is just the beginning day for us.

Any one in the USA cannot send anything on today's reset if they are to be involved for tomorrow. If they send, they cannot resend again till after reset.

That's where it is all tricky...
We all get the same reset time which is relative to your time zone ... This means that if the ticket does go live at GMT0, then GMT-5 people can still send from 7pm local time

Edit: unless your day must be 31/12 ???
Which implies that GMT+8 people have only 16 hours to send within the 31/12 date.
Even though we technically have until 7:59am on 1/1

Correct :D

Was just saying that any one in the USA is to hold out on todays sending after reset as by that time, the rest of the world is already on the 31st ;).

So dont play if you are sending tonight on a side schedule....hopefully folks have pre-thought about that.

Our day today is just the beginning of the 30th. Technically if the sender sends out on reset today....USA will have 23 hours and change before the second hand resets. So if sender is willing to stay up past midnight (not sure on origin of ticket), then it can floot around today.
 
As far as I understood it`s a 31st of December event. So we may start in Australia, Japan, like the Easter part of the world.

We all know the pictures from Australia (Sydney) when New Year starts as we are still preparing for it...

So the ticket should travel from East to West regarding time zones. Because many of us have no RL it can jump directly from Melbourne to Vancouver and Europe will be conquered from the East AND the West. :lol:

Yeah, but to get the ticket to as many as possible, the OP listing people that want it....instead of a forced schedule.

I'm making sure Zakyta_4 gets the ticket before his reset so after his reset GMT+10 it can flow on its way..
Might fire it out to more people to get more parallel trains 👍

This should be epic, as long as there are no hold ups due to mistakes etc. I think that it would be better to have a dual train as a backup, just to be safe. Best of luck everybody.

-With people participating that have never done the USB thing, and also those who have a 2 hour window listed, I almost guarantee SOMEONE will screw this up. It's happened to every single train so far.

Also, another reminder. DO NOT OPEN THE TICKET !!! Must be sent in Ticket Form.

I hope I'm wrong, but when people are asking how to back up a gamesave and resend, it makes me more than a little bit nervous that I'm at the end of the queue......:nervous:

It would be like starting a player with no Football experience in a World Championship Football match, and expecting them to perform at the highest levels.

Don't have the ticket... Mr Z is GMT + 10, so I'm presuming he will kick off in 7 hours
If he sends to Pug, will send then too.

Edit: I think kick off will be after reset?
 
To anybody that has received a GTA ticket; when you get the ticket as a gift, do you accept it? but not actually open it?

Just making sure so that I dont mess it up.

Yes just accept it. It'll go in your garage delivery truck, then to send it on go into your items and then tickets. You can't open them from there so don't worry about opening the ticket. Just don't go to your delivery truck.

If I had a correct look at the timezone map the train could be on its way since 4 hours theoretically.... So the train has a huge tender to load.

OP list is an indication. Train could depart as soon as zakyta arrived.
Please before sending check availability of receiver.
No "oh I can send after reset" nor "I just learned to backup'

Back in 2 hours.....
